Hey all. Anybody have any clue what's up with OTN? In the past couple weeks I've tried to get going on a F2F, left vm, requested reconsult, opened helpdesk, emailed .... and got no call, no info. Now message board there has a "reported attack site" warning. Ready to go elsewhere but know he was with a group that was on a list and needed a release to go elsewhere. Anything anybody? Thanks.

If you visit the OTN Group website you can find a list of states they do F2F visits in. They don't serve all states yet, but I believe they have a large network.
Hi... phone line is not disconnected??? Please visit our site at http://www.otngroup.com for direct contact information (using our help desk), twitter, forums and more. Our direct line is 315-533-1194 as well as a toll free line (I dont post here to prevent spamming and flamming calls).
Hi.. what email addresses are you using?? Misinformation is concerning to me. I am asking if any of our customers read these posts to please reply with relevent info.
Our website has a 24/7 help desk via the web. Our customer service email is customerserve at otngroup dot com (put it this way to prevent web crawlers from spamming the email addresses).. not sure what other address you may be referring to but all emails are working ???
Here's a little update. Over a week ago, I requested my refill. I've heard nothing from the doctor and nothing from my emails to OTN. Anyone else having problems or know what's going on? This is unusual and has me worried, not to mention in pain.

PoPo, I'm so sorry this is happening to you, but even worse, I can't answer your question! I don't use OTN, & in fact, have just been given my first local PMC referral & received all the paperwork today to fill out - I don't even go until after Thanksgiving!
Hope you get your refill in a timely manner & everything else is a GO!

I wish you luck with your PMC appointment. Sorry tho that you have to wait so long, but I hope they make it worth it.
I finally heard from OTN today. The doc has been out of town, but is back this weekend, so hopefully, I'll hear from him soon. It's been a miserable week and I can't wait much longer for this refill. I've been no fun to be around.
Anyway, again I hope all goes well for you with PM.
Hello..until the site was relisted I was not able to reply to the topics. This reply, of course; is outdated and I do not know who the customer is so I hope that all turned out for the positive.
I would have to know the Dr with whom the refill was requested etc to be specific with an answer but to protect privacy would reply directly with the customer if I were to be contacted.
We have been managing the growth and addition of Physicians in our network since the new law took effect and with this comes the "learning curve" so to speak of the new system, Dr's and equipment. For the most part we have received very positive feeback with the Dr's.
If anything specific is still a problem please let me know.
