They are yellow..scored once..no imprint..made by Torrent pharma. Must chew them, swallowing is a waste. Technical name is Clonotril. I find the Rivotril a tad stronger but they are great.

What I meant was if you order from an Indian Pharma they often have 2 choices. One says Rivotril and the other says Clonotril. When I chose clonotril from Raj & Visapharmacy I got the Banakins. They are not real yellow like valium 5mg. Off white I guess.

Bannana's are soluble in water they melt in your mouth, everything else Rochelle5mg said is true. Clonotril is the (usually)cheaper alternative. But not any lesser in strength. They stink of Bannana, I don't know how that was missed and mine are yellow.

Stits named them..I think. Where is Stits?
Probably tearing his hair out at all the people calling them "Banakins" when his much-loved (by him) name for them was "Bananakins". Something to do with bananas I believe, rather than banas, whatever they are. Still, a man of his linguistic skills should have foreseen this.
If he has finally overdosed, it would only be right and proper not to bastardise his legend.
"Clonotril-2" should avoid the issue entirely, however.

The new style Clonotrils with purple on the foil blisters are white pills and have a 3 year expiry date on them. The older Clonotril pills that I still have with orange on the blisters are most definitely a light yellow colour. The older Clonotrils have a 2 year expiry date and the pills are slightly larger/wider than the new white pills. These older Clonotrils that I have 'expired' in May 2008 but still work just as well as 'fresh' ones.

I think he's delving into the depths of what comprises a tautology. He was really hung up on those, but couldn't get it right to save his life.

Looks like we might as well just accept that some Clonotril-2 pills may be white, some off-white, some light yellow, and some perhaps a strong yellow colour. I looked at my old and new Clonotril blisters, and BOTH have 'Lake of Tartrazine' printed on them as the added colourant.
As long as Torrent don't vary the amount of clonazepam they put in the pills like they're obviously doing with the colourants, then I for one couldn't give a f what colour they are... (says he who's just written two long posts about the subject )

I have an empty foil pack with and exp. date of 1/12 and a mfg. day of 3/09. They were yellow with a score and no markings. They were wonderful quality. Under the tongue and feeling better within 20min or so. These were samples. Wish I had more.
I guess they must vary in color. The one's I got were white, and the ones I got a couple years ago MAY have been off-white. Whatever....as long as they work
The white 2mg clonazepam I used to get from SP sucked for the most part - about 1/4 to 1/2 as strong as the yellowish tabs I get from my pharmacy. (I get the .5mg from pharmacy, and had the same effect as the 2mg from SP)
