I used apainsolution last week or so and was VERY impressed.
Quite frankly, out of all the OP's I have experimented with in the past, this place has the BEST customer service of all!!
I consulted with a lady doctor who was VERY personable and sympathetic. She had a wonderful personality. (they even got me in for a same-day consult)
You have your choice between Woody's and Kay Pharmacy (I hear they advertise TDI on their website, however, they do not use them any longer). I thought I would give Kay Pharmacy a try. Well, that did not work out well - I would not choose them again. I paid for overnight, but my prescription did not arrive. I contacted customer service, and they bent over backwards to help. I DID receive my prescription the next day.
I spoke and corresponded via e-mail to both Frank (?) and Callie in customer service. They not only returned my e-mails within half an hour, but were extremely honest with me. They even answer their phones. They kept me posted as to exactly what was going on with the pharmacy, what had happened (and believe me, they were NOT happy that I did not receive my meds overnight). I was NOT left hanging, I was NOT lied to, and I was NOT promised a call back that I never received!
Really, I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of customer service that I received. It was outstanding and I would higly recommend them.
Let's just hope they can continue their good business sense and keep up the great customer service...

I'm sorry that it's taken so long for me to post my experience but I was waiting on one last issue to be resolved before I posted. I want to thank John and Callie for going out of the way to make sure I was taken care of. This was during the time when their phones were shut down. Thanks goodness for email and the IM feature on this board. If it were not John emailing me and keeping me posted, it was Callie. I asked that my order be processed through Kay Pharmacy and they did. I indicated my discount code on their website but they charged me the full price. When I brought it to their attention they said they would credit me back the $30. That happened today. So everything they promised they would do they did. I talked with Callie on the phone the day before their phones went down. The next day when I was ready to proceed, their phones didn't work and I started to panic. Through emails John give me another number to fax my records, within the hour I had a consult time for the next morning. The morning after that I had my medicine in hand. As I stated, the only problem was that they didn't give me the discount. According to my online banking information, I received that credit last night. Thank you John! Thank you Callie! This place gets an absolute thumbs up and high praises!

I believe that they (APainSolution, not the pharmacy) are on West coast time (at least that is what I have read hear before...) so maybe try a little closer to noon to call APainSolution.
Which pharmacy are you using??? I know that Accumed fills for alot of OCS', so they are probably really busy these days. But I don't believe they (neither APS or their pharmacy) is shut down right now, from what I have seen here and on other boards...hope you get your situation resolved soon...

You know...I hate it when something like that happens,and you are in absolute he11 for the weekend. I hope that isn't your case, and I hope you get your $$ back on the Sat delivery. My hubby just finally got an order from SVS sent to him, and he had to pay for Sat delivery, when it was delivered 5 days later on Thurs (finally). They did offer to credit him on his next order with standard delivery, but that doesn't really make him too happy, as he paid for Sat delivery, and didn't get it, AND isn't going to even recieve a credit for what he did pay for....I dunno..maybe he is just being pi$$y (not his usual style..he is usually quite understanding, but he was pretty put out by the situation).
