No improvement. Don't know why it seemed to work at first and not now. I can't explain why my sinuses cleared up after starting on it. My sinus has been a problem for years and as soon as I took it, it was wide open. I can't figure it out. I guess it was just a fluke, tho funny it happened when it did. Go figure.
