There is a plain butalbital/caffeine and also one with Codeine. I was receiving the one with codeine for a while back about 8 years ago for my migraines but not since.

If I'm out-and-about, I don't feel "drugged" at all. However, if I'm just sitting watching TV or reading a book, I DO get very drowsy from it.
