Its been a good week from us. In addition to the new doctor, we now are working again with Jenmar Pharmacy in Tampa who just this week received approval of their application to resume sending prescriptions again. We are EXTREMELY happy to have them working with us again, as we have always had positive feedback from our customers regarding their customer service and we have been hearing alot of negative feedback about being able to get in touch with Brighton Pharmacy.

So for those who were getting their refills from Brighton, that will stay the same, you can simply order your refills through them until you need another consultation.

For those with refills with Jenmar contact us and we will send your 1st refill to them and then after that you can simply call them and order your refills. Thanks and below I will paste contact info for every just in case you need any assistence. Thanks, and let us know of any questions.

Good Afternoon Everyone

I'm pleased to announce that an affiliate pharmacy of Jenmar's, Armenia Pharmacy, has now been added to the ApainSolution.com family. We will no longer be sending scripts to Brighton Pharmacy based on numerous customer complaints against them. We apologize to our customers that experienced difficulties with them regarding billing issues and them being difficult to get in touch with. Their poor performance reflected badly on us and that is something unacceptable to us.
In contrast, Jenmar continues to provide great service for our customers, I wish I could post the numberous emails I receive daily complementing their work. They remain a dedicated staff, regularly answering their phones, and gladly helping customers with any problems or questions they need.
We now will add Armenia as a 2nd choice of Pharmacy for our customers. They are an affiliate of Jenmar's and we expect the same great service from them as well. We've discussed the importance of customer service with the two pharmacies, and they have hired additional help for both pharmacies so it should be no problem getting in touch with them, and we have done the same as well. Thank you everyone for your continued support and feedback in helping us make this adjustment. We look forward to a long, prosperous relationship with both pharmacies. Just wanted to inform members that we now have a tracking system designed to email you tracking info for your prescription package that will be sent out to you. When the pharmacy gets your prescription and sends it out, you will receive an email with a link that will take you back to login to your profile where the tracking number will be in the "My History" link. Just wanted to let others know that I have been using ApainSolution.com for awhile now and just received my meds this morning. I was completely impressed with the package. It came in a box which then had the meds in a bag with the container stuffed with much cotton. You would never even now it was meds. The return address was also not a giveaway to its contents. I wish everyone packaged like this.

I am very disappointed that the TN deliveries are no longer happening. I found out by calling for a refill, but got a message from the pharmacy that they will no longer honor prescriptions. www.apainsolution.com did not tell me, and has been very allusive to the resolution.

What about Woody's pharmacy that others use. They ship to TN.

So does Medichem, MediPharm, Avee, and Health E Choice and a few others.
I can start a thread to find out which ones are still shipping to TN to find out all of them. But there are PLENTY to choose from.
I should know - I've not had any troubles with the companies I've been going with and I live in TN. Just ask me if you need a different company.

Frank - why have you stopped responding to Hadman? You have left a lot of customers out of money and in a lot of pain. Have you no plan to get a pharmacy to make things right or is the plan to just let TN and KY customers fall through the cracks since you've already gotten their money??????

Does Painsolution send out tracking numbers?

Yes the pharmacy sends out tracking numbers as long as you registered w/ your email address. And as a side note - as someone who grew up in Pittsburgh a die hard Penguins fan it was nice to see them beat the hated Flyers last night in overtime. No hard feelings

Is Touch RX the same as Accumed Pharmacy? Anyone please.

I contacted apainsolution for my consult on Tuesday. (This is my third consult with them) within an hour they sent me an email with the doctor's number and a time to call him. Wednesday morning I contacted Dr. B for my consult. He prescribed me a 90 count instead of the usual 120. When I asked why, he said that 90 tabs is the new law. I said fine. I then sent an email to apainsolution asking for a tracking number(when it was available) and to please charge my card that I supplied them with. That evening I received my tracking # from them and started the search for my meds. What do you know! The tracking # is no good unless the shipper actually ships out the meds!!!!! It's thursday evening and they still have not sent anything out. Oh well, I guess I'll take back any charges on my card and tell them not to send me anything!!! I'll go somewhere else.

My friend just ordered a refill (120 count) from APS on the 25th day. Got the meds the next day through Jen-Mar. Accumed sent the last refill but APS changed it for this order. Pricey but gets 3 refills through APS's October special.

Still no helping the customers in TN?

I had gotten my first consult and meds from Apainsolution.com quickly and with no problems, but when I called back for my second consult a young man named Jordan told me he felt my records were not good enough. Even though during my first consultation with the Dr., she said everything looked great. Jordan said they now had a new Dr. and he wouldn't even forward them to him. This young man seems to be making the new Dr's decisions for him.

Can anyone tell me what Doc and Pharmacies Apainsolution is using?

DB says Jen Mar as the Pharm but the web site says Accu Med. Reading the posts it seems they've changed a few times.

We use Jenmar Pharmacy as our primary pharmacy, and for the states that they cannont send to, Arkansas, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, and Nevada, we use AccumedRX. Thanks

Just want to confirm the info in your message dated 12/28/2005:
JenMar Pharmacy is still your primary pharmacy?
I was told they were not taking any new prescriptions, but they did offer to honor my last few refills from my last consult. I have one refill left, then will need to re-consult and would like to continue to use them.
I have always been able to get a human on the phone, the refill process is fast and easy, and I like their CS.
So- just to be clear:
When I reconsult in a few weeks...
Can I request to stay with Jen Mar?

Hi, I'm new here, and right now I'm pretty frustrated. I paid for the consult, faxed my records and ID, and ran into snag #1: nobody called me to set up the consult. After trying for four days, I finally got through, got set up with a doctor, who was very nice and wrote me a prescription for my Stadol (chronic migraines...long story). I checked later that day and was assured by the pharmacy that the scrip had been filled and shipped, and that I'd get an e-mail with tracking into. Nope. Never happened. And today...big surprise, no shipment! Tried in vain to get an answer today, no luck. No e-mail this evening, either. WHAT is going ON? I'm hoping to get some answers; right now I'm feeling pretty cheated.
