Just wanted our fine customers, and members of Drugbuyers to be aware that as of August 1st we will not be sending our new prescriptions to Woodys Pharmacy. If you have refills remaining with Woodies, thru us, you may still receive it thru them. We will send our new prescriptions to Jenmar Pharmacy in Tampa, which we have had nothing but great results with, and we are looking to add another pharmacy in the near future. We will keep you all updated regarding this, and any questions, please as always feel free to contact us.
I've never had anything but the finest service from these folks. IMHO, they have the best customer service of any OP I've ever dealt with (other than YOD). Also, I've never had any problems getting my refills (EXCEPT for once - see my previous post in this thread).
I DO understand where you're comin' from, but since they are a newer OP, they may be trying to find the most reliable combos of pharmacies (and believe me, I am not slamming Woody's).
Hey I have a question? How or where do you obtain the Form on their website which allows you to take to a Doctor for signing? I couldn't find it anywhere on there?

I just wanted to let everyone know that we are switching to a different web host for our site, so our website will be down over the weekend. I just finished another consult with these guy's. I requested my consult Sunday night and the doctor called me at 9am the next morning. Received meds in less than 24hrs from consult. Correct count good quality. The doctor asked alot more question this time which I feel is a good thing. I asked about 120 ct. or three refills but she said they don't offer it. Last time they failed to apply my discount code. Other than that, flawless service. Their pharmacy, Jenmar, also is wonderful to deal with. Great service and great packaging. Hope this help's!
I had a consult on WED MORNING, shouldnt the scripts have been shipped out that day!? I know the Pharmacy is closed today, THURS, but [censored]! Should'nt i have gotten a PM back from APS i ask them in a e-mail and PM no answer, cant speak to anyone on the phone! What is up with this!! I would sure like to know! Anyone else have this problem!!?
I requested my refill from Jen-Mar today and they told me they are no longer affiliated with APainSolution. They told me to call APain Solution and their number has been busy all day and they do not respond to e-mails. Very frustrating.
I use APainSolution and called Jen Mar today and received the same information. I e-mailed APS and received a response. Their phone line is busy, which is unusual for APS, so they must be receiving tons of calls and making every effort to work things out. I have found their customer service to be first-rate. The e-mail said they are working on the problem and will Notify their customers. I have copied and pasted their e-mail below. I'm concerned also, but not yet worried because APainSolution has resolved problems in the past in a timely and professional manner. Here's the e-mail I received from APS today:

We have recieved your request and will process it as soon as possible. Due to new state laws in Flordia Jenmar Pharmacy must get a internet liscence to proceed being our pharmacy. We are in the process of contracting another pharmacy for atleast the interim period. We hope the turnover period will be swift, and it may be as soon as tomorrow. Same thing happened at Online-scripts. They used Jen Mar as one of their pharmacies and now they have routed all their scripts elsewhere. What a pain. Literally.

Sorry if this was already in a previos post but I just got an updated email from APS and they will now be using Brighton Pharmacy. They seem to think they will be operating close to normal by the end of the week. They also mentioned they are slammed and expect slight delays until they are setteled in. Guess its good they are at least trying very hard unlike other OP's whom seem to just keep you guessing.
Anyone have any input on Brighton? I haven't heard much....or anything about them.
yes they are using brighton pharmacy and all the refills have or are being transfered. No new consult is required. my brother emailed them today and got a reply back wwithin an hour and then another return email within 30 minutes. his meds are on the way overnight so you might try emailing them or try the aol apainsolution.
don't worry your refills are being transferred and they are shipping them and answering emails quickly today.
My script came today totally unexpected. My office manager called me on my Nextel saying I had a COD package (I've never used COD with these guys). I Wasnt expecting my refill for another two weeks. Guess things got mixed up in the pharmacy transition. BTW, the meds ARE NOT Watsons'. They are white and about the same size as the Watsons but have A328 imprinted. Anyone know who makes these generic NORCOS? Ill post back on quality.
Thanks for the reply. Quality of the 'ABLES' seems identical to 'WATSONS'. Took one and a half lastnight before bed and they seem fine. BTW, if anyone out there has coming refills from APS and you sent them an email inquiring about the new pharmacy, chances are your meds are on the way, requested or not and probably COD like my order was shipped. I think this is what happened to me. I sent them an email last week asking about how the transition would work. Wasnt sure if I just called the new pharmacy, Brighton, or APS. I received the email from APS that everyone else got in return. Yesterday my refill came two weeks early without requesting it. Oh well, It could be worse I suppose. Also, Brighton seems pretty cool. I called them yesterday to test the waters and they were more than friendly and seemed eager to help. Thats refreshing in todays climate of rudeness. Interesting - a friend (a friend - not me) uses these guys and said they have switched phamrs 3 times in the past 2 weeks. They were using Brighton yesterday - when she went to refill they said they were now using West Chase. Both pharms told her thay they dont deal with aps. Anyone care to help her out on this one? APS will NOT answer their phone. Who are they using and where are they (aps)?? I am having the same problem with my site. are they all going away??
To answer your question, we are using Brighton Pharmacy, and that has been the only Pharmacy we have been using since JenMar Pharmacy had to get re-certified. There may have been some confusion, because we are going to be adding another choice of pharmacy for our patients because we have been receiving complaints that Brighton has not been all that swift with handling customer service for our customers. We were thinking of adding WestChase Pharmacy out of Tampa, but are now reconsidering. We want to make sure we do our full research to ensure the 2nd choice of Pharmacy is one that will be around for a long time, and one that will serve our customers will the attentive care that is needed. I'm curious how our patients have been treated by Brighton, if anyone has any experiences they would like to share, please feel free to PM me, I would enjoy any feedback. Thank you
Apparently the phone message (the phone you wont answer) says otherwise. So, who does one believe? The pharmacy said today "we are not servicing APS any longer".
We are pleased to post that we are now using the services of Doctor Blanca Plaza to do our consultations. We used Doctor Plaza all last week, and have already received a great number of feedback in praise of this addition. What this means for our customers:
1) The doctor has additional staff members that will guarantee SAME DAY consults. As long as you have your medical records and photo id faxed in to us, and make your request before 3PM we can get you through THAT DAY for your consult. No longer waiting in limbo for someone to "get back to you" on when the doctor would be available for the consult.
2) The doctor is able to prescribe 120 quantity whereas 90 had been our limit before.
3) And as a celebration of changing doctors, we are offering a 3 REFILL SPECIAL for the month of Februrary. You will receive the initial fill for the consult, and then on top of that, 3 refills.
We added the new doctor based on feedback from Drugbuyer members, and we are confident that we now have a doctor that fills those needs our customers made us aware of. Thank you, and as always feel free to to email us with any questions, at info@apainsolution.com.
