Is Lorazepam good for sleep? Or is Xanax better?

No your not stupid. Just looking in the wrong places. Does it have to be exactly Lorazepam or others that are the same?

No I hate being tired all the time. I take xanax. I want to switch to Klonopins. I heard they don't make you so tired.

Yeah, but Xanax did work toooo short; but the quality of sleep is very excellent.My experience with Klonoīs arenīt so good. They give me a bad feeling in my head, and they work long! Further, do you have experiences with Phenoīs? And how do you think about Valium for sleep? Noctamid give me a bad feeling in my head, but Librium is perfect! Codein is also good for sleep, but...

I may have to take Valium for a while during the transfer of meds. But I haven't done it yet.

I am prescribed xanax 0.5 mg 3 times a day. Been taking it for 18 years now.

Next week I WANNA Xanax from my doctor!!!

If you have had as many panic attacks in public like I did, than you should have no problems. I even passed out in a church of all places.

Xanax is a great medicine to keep your mind wondering in a hundred places at once when you are trying to sleep. It also takes the edge off of things. I call it my "chill pill". If I get upset about something, my husband says, "Did you take your chill pill or did you forget again". LOL

Definitely. It works faster than other benzo's. But not as long, and much more addictive. It only takes me about 15 to 20 minutes to calm down. I never forget to take one before bed. If I did, I would be up all night thinking about everything.
