I am a little disappointed with you guys. I put in for a consult yesterday, I faxed my papers this morning, and I havent heard anything from you except an email advertising your company- Weird- Did you guys get my papers? when i try to click on the contact part of your website it says it is under construction. This is not the best service I have had. I will send a PM with my name. Thanks

Since I have not heard also, does that mean I get free overnight shipping? That is what you are advertising, Correct?

Everything went great, they just hadnt received my faxes, I had them resent, had consult, meds next day. And to top it off they are crediting me 25.oo for not responding sooner, I would HIGHLY recommend this place you guys-

Friend ordered and Yes, the only problem is that John promised that the doc could do 120 and the doc said they do not, ever. They only go sa high as 90.

Kind of disappointing after John said they could before she ordered.

I referred her and was the one who asked John about it for her since she had to use my email and computer, I emailed him to let him know she was disappointed becuase she could have went some where else and got 120, guess what express your disappointment and they will not email you back and apologize. I guess the CS is only good for new customers without complaints. Now she will bw 30 short each month until the refills are through.

Hey Everyone

Hope all is well with everyone. Just posting our schedule on account of Memorial Day, our doctor informed us that they will be closed Friday, so that means we will be closed on Friday. Also UPS and FedEx will be closed on Monday so that means we can't have anything sent out, but we will be in the office Monday and scheduling everyone consults for Tuesday. So in summary:

Friday May 28th- Closed

Monday May 31st- We will be working and scheduling consults for Tuesday due to the holiday.

Who is the Doc and what pharmacy are using?---oops looked on web site it is TDI .

I just had a consultation today with Dr. Ida Mercer and I was told by whoever answered at the 800 # for apainsolution
that they are going to be using Woodys...... So far so good. They have been very prompt with e-mails and setting up the consultation, I choose 2 day delivery and they said I would get it on Thursday. I'll post back after I receive them. But so far they have been very good.

I couldn't find any prices on their website without full registration. Before I decide to use them, can someone who's used them let me know (a) what a consultation fee is when you have no medical records, and (b) what their price may be for #90 hydrocodone 7.5 (ES, generic)?

You should change the underlined information on your home page then. It says:

"NO MEDICAL RECORDS? No problem. Our consultating physician will help assess your medical need for pain relief and can prescribe the most suitable treatment for your individual needs."

That is what lead me to ask the question.

Rccollins, you have to get their form on the website if you have no records and go to a doc or clinic just as you can with NWW. The doc will examine you and assess what symptoms and pain you are having , then that will constitute your record. Gotta have those records!

I understand that part, but thanks anyway. I was only pointing out to Callie that their website has misleading text that literally says if you don't have medical records, "no problem," when in fact that is very much a problem there.

Actually there is not a problem at all. If you dont have medical records then you can print out a form off our website that you can take to your physician and get it filled out by them. It is called a doctor's consultation form. But it has to be submitted and that doctor will possibly be contacted by our doctor to make sure everything is legit. Without that or medical records we cannot do the consultation.

Anyone know anything about this OP, really? I've been using SWMG and who knows when they will be back "up and running". I have severe back and neck pain from an auto accident and I just want to find an OP I can trust. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks...

Yes (and by the way, I'M BACK )...

I used apainsolution last week and was VERY impressed.

Quite frankly, out of all the OP's I have experimented with in the past, this place has the BEST customer service of all!!

I consulted with a lady doctor who was VERY personable and sympathetic. She had a wonderful personality. (they even got me in for a same-day consult)

You have your choice between Woody's and Kay Pharmacy (Sweep-they are not using TDI any longer). I thought I would give Kay Pharmacy a try. Well, that did not work out well - I would not choose them again. I paid for overnight, but my prescription did not arrive. I contacted customer service, and they bent over backwards to help. I DID receive my prescription the next day.

I spoke and corresponded via e-mail to both Frank (?) and Callie in customer service. They not only returned my e-mails within half an hour, but were extremely honest with me. They kept me posted as to exactly what was going on with the pharmacy, what had happened (and believe me, they were NOT happy that I did not receive my meds overnight). I was NOT left hanging, I was NOT lied to, and I was NOT promised a call back that I never received!

Really, I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of customer service that I received. It was outstanding and I would higly recommend them.

Does Kay pharmacy use fedex or UPS???

Is anybody getting a prescription from Apainsolution for 120 pills? I've been told by the doctor, as many of you have, that she is prescribing only 90. When I contacted Apainsolution regarding a reconsult, I asked if the doctor has increased her prescriptions to 120 as I need four pills a day. I was told that the doctor has increased the count to 120 for re-consults when asked. Can anybody confirm this? I don't want to go through the consult again to find that my prescriptions will be short again.I fortunately had a "back-up" to last through the last refills but will not be so lucky for the next.

I just had my first consult today-the dr. told me only 60 pills...I asked when I would receive them-(I requested overnight delivery)She told me "I have no idea-call the pharmacy", Well, TDI is the pharmacy listed on their homepage-however-they don't answer the phones & their website is down. I understand from a few posts that APS doesn't use TDI though. The website for APS has a tracking button-but the website doesn't work (certain links) properly. i have no idea where/when I'll get my presciption-but it better be by this Sat!!!!

I received completely the opposite of what you're describing. John and Callie both went out of their way to help me out and I will use them again. They are using Woodys Pharmacy and Kay Pharmacy, whichever you prefer.

Also, kiki, I don't know why you only received 60. Maybe there's something in your records that question the need for more than that many...just a guess, I certainly don't know. I know that's got to be frustrating.

8/4/04 - I wanted to edit this post to let everyone know that I did hear back from John and he is taking care of the problem. This place has been wonderful to me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.



8/3/04 - I'm back again to repost on this group. I'm not going to blast them until I've given them a chance to respond but I am a little concerned. I'm trying to request a refill and can't complete the process on their website. I called the pharmacy directly (Kay Pharmacy) and they inform me that all prescriptions have been cancelled! DO WHAT???

I've left a message for Callie or John on their voicemail. I'm going to email them as soon as I get through with this post. I'm wondering though if I'm out my two remaining refills.

Has anyone dealt with them lately? I read about the KABS fiasco but didn't think it was related to Kay. I think I may be wrong now. Is there anybody out there that has any feedback on Apainsolution and/or Kay Pharmacy and why the prescriptions have been cancelled and what is being done about it.
