ooo, forgot about the Apaurine, its been about 4 years since I've had those, VERY good. be careful with them though, you'll take your dose, forgot you take it and end up taking another dose. I did this one time to where I had taken 13 of the 10mg and didn't realize this until my girlfriend noticed I was slurring my speech. she sent me to bed. SO BE CAREFUL! Yes indeed. I have much respect for those Apas (and all meds for that matter - now). Never had the memory problem with them. However, years ago, I had a similar thing happen with a very dangerous sleep med. I was in bad, bad territory. I also was put to bed, but i think at that point, I wish they had called an ambulance. jmo -

SO BE CAREFUL! 13? that's...amazing. sometimes i'll forget and take something a second time, but normally it's something like benadryl - and then i KNOW i took a second dose by mistake (i hate that). that's a scary rollercoaster if amnesia is a side effect of a drug like apaurine...you'll just keep taking them, and if you're taking anything else that also has CNS depression, bad bad things, eh... never noticed amnesia with any benzos...except in the hospital, that stuff they give you in IV - versed. i had an entire conversation with my husband in pre-op that i don't remember a single word. OTOH, it *was* IV. pills are different...

1. Roche Labs Inc. (V-Cut) Nutley, New Jersey USA blue 10mg 2. Watson Labs Inc. (generic Corona CA/USA) "5620" Dan 10 blue 3. Aspen Pharmcare Ltd (generic South Africa) "Pax 10" blue 4. KrKa (generic Solvenia) "Apaurin" blue 10mg. 5. Roche Internatonal (note with caution) "Diazepam" is listed in at least 15 Pharmacopoeia's.. Austria, Belgium, Chinese, European, French, German, Int'l Italian, Japanese, Netherlands, Polish, Portuguese, Swiss, USA. "Roche Valium" is marketed in at least 22 industralized countries* Source: Martindale Complete drug Reference 35th edition. In addition to that, Roche Labs has factories in 3rd world countries that also produce Valium, (Brazil, Mexico, Thailand, Pakistan, etc,) In addition to that, diazepam is manufactured by dozens of other generic manufacturers worldwide under many different marketing names, (one country in Latin America offers 23 other versions of diazepam, from 23 different generic mfg. firms using 23 different marketing names). With the variance of quality control issues (bioequivalence and bioavailability) of the non-Roche competitors worldwide, plus the calculated risk of "on the surface excellent covert alleged "Valium" that are counterfeit drugs manufactured clandestinely, and from time to time "slipped" into the mainstream marketplace (either as diluted diazepam, or "dud" pills) added to each individual's potential tolerance issues, there will be some difference's of opinion which IOP or country has the "best" diazepam, or "Valium". (Excluding walking into your native country pharmacy, with a fresh hand written prescription for "brand name Roche Valium Dispense As Written") Finally, Roche also has given the authority, or "license" for a few local manufacturer's to re-produce "Valium" under Roche formulaton guidelines (example Nicolas Piramal "White Valium" from India.
