Hydrocodone bitartrate is the opioid ingredient combined with APAP and IBU in US brand name medications such as Vicodin, Norco, Vicoprofen, Maxidone, Ibudone, etc. So, no, it is not a "combo medication" in and of itself. Hydrocodone combination formulations are available in other countries under brand names like Dicodid, Hydrokon, Kolikodol and Norgan as well as generics. As I said, the availability to patients via doctors' prescriptions outside the US seems to be extremely limited despite the fact that it may be manufactured and distributed in their country. Prescriptions for hydrocodone medications in the US represent an enormous percentage of worldwide use. I've read of estimates over 90%.
