I've noticed a lot of people having problems with seizures. Maybe if we compile a list of where they occured, we can discern a pattern. Either way it's interesting stuff.

I've had no seizures (out of 2 orders) and live in the NE US.

A lot of people have probably mistakenly voted for "another country." The very definition of IOP automatically implies that you are ordering from another country.

It would be helpful to include those who had orders received with no seizures, that way we might have an idea of how much is getting through. I am guessing it is the vast majority and that seizures are only a small percentage. I could be wrong though.

Where you live doesn't necessairly have anything to do with the seizure location. Before I found OP4L ordered from a place in the Dominican Republic a couple of times - 2 orders seized at Port of Miami and I am in NYC. Orders are seized re what ports they enter which aren't necessairly YOUR port of entry!

The problem with this poll is it assumes the same amount of people order from the differant areas of the U.S. ,or at least that would have to be the case for the poll to be accurate as to ratio of orders placed to orders confiscated. What I would be more interested in is how many orders those who have had confiscations had placed, B/4 having one confiscated ? Many dont want to mention what part of the country they live in and I kind of dont blame them !!

Australia: 1 seizure a couple of years ago. Package confiscated, registered letter from customs informing me of the laws Id broken & a form to fill out if I believed I had legimate claim on the meds (script).
Since then several packages opened then let through complete.
A couple of months ago a very 'discrete' package opened, meds removed. Letter inserted from customs telling me the laws Id broken & threatening that any further breaches by me will be treated seriously & would lead to prosecution.
Ive ordered nothing since then. The risk is too great - you cant ignore that kind of warning unless you're stupid.
Now I go without my pain meds & its killing me.

I feel your pain ! Its just a shame that adults in a "free society" have to resort to this kind of risk to recieve the kind of relief they belive they need ! We work very hard for our $ and it causes use pains in all parts of our system ,then we have to take a large part of that hard earned money for medicial exepenses because of the very work we do .Then to put the cherry on top of this whole fiasco ,the Doctors are either to jadded to care,or afraid of getting in trouble for doing their job. Behind all of this is the companies that produce these drugs making $ hand over fist ! I guess no one ever promised us life would be fair, and if they did ,it would have been a broken promise foresure !

1 siezure for me. Siezed thru NY port. Several other orders arrived just fine. I do believe though that certain countries are scrutinized more closely. My 1 order siezed was coming in from Pakistan.

I sent two e-mails to 2 different IOP's that are highly regarded here about ordering,prices etc and not one reply.Am I to assume the worst or will tommorow be a better day for replys.I'm just trying to get a reply about ordering not about a seizure!No luck today will try some others later on.Son of a bee

I live 10 miles from TJ border.. so-cal, had one letter out of lots and lots of orders. JFK got mine, but shipper resent with no problum.
I believe its just a roll of the dice.... they dont sort thru millions of tons of mail.... looking for "your name".

I have watched as mail comes into LAX.... it would overwhelm you to see all the letters-boxes etc....

Never had siezure letter till I tried RXPuravida and now I have two from Miami.

I've only received one seizure letter (from an Abrax order). I am in Canada. Lots of "missing" packages though.

Hmm, NE US, and now 1 missing package, but have received 1 from the same pharmacy that was ordered a week after the "missing" package... Does anyone know what happens to missing packages?? Stolen by post office, never sent, being collected by DEA for evidence? Any ideas?

Well it all depends on who gets it. Its when you dont get a lover letter is when you need to worry. becuase more than likely the local athorities snagged it at the local branch and are keeping it as evidence for the indictment. i had 6 packs that went missing and all was used aginst me in grand jury to obtain a conviction. can go into detail but i know tons on this matter so if any legal questions just ask. If you get a LL then most of the time theres no need to worry, customs sees this [censored] everyday and has tons going on at once and way more important [censored] happening then to come try an track your [censored] down 9 states over.

Easy to grab, harder to write the "love letter". I've heard numerous accounts of love letters arriving 6 months to a year after the seizure. Some POE's seem to generate backlogs when it comes to properly vouchering the contents for sending the love letter.

Also, some items cannot be identified by sight and are sent to the FDA for testing. Sometimes they are randomly sent for testing to get a pulse on the composition of the meds coming in. That will delay the love letter considerably.

Quite possible one was "lucky", the other not so lucky since mostly they can just 'spot check'.

The POE it hits can vary and not just by the geographic location of the sender or the recipient. If one happened to hit Miami, it's near doomed since they have the most sophisticated scanner.

And indeed, some just disappear into the ether.. Others inexplicably turn up over a month after the normal timeframe for that IOP.

I've read a lot of posts about people talking about getting a seizure letter, but I've had two shipments either confiscated or 'lost' and I never received a letter. Is a seizure letter always forwarded to the buyer and if so, what does the outside of the letter look like - i.e. does it have a seal or official markings?

i think that if you dont get a letter it wasnt sent at all and yes there is a seal if you got one you would know it cant miss who it is from trust me

Just wanted to post an update - all summer, it took each one of my packages close to a month to arrive - one took 35 days. Guess the postal service was slow - I used two different companies (although they were from the same country...)

Waiting on a package or two now.

It seems all I'm doing lately is "waiting".. and it's really getting on my nerves. Rxvogue shipped on 9/12 NEVER CAME. That is unusual. Ordered again on 9/30 from airsealed. They emailed me saying it shipped and I should receive no later than 10/14. NOTHING TODAY!! WTF????
I ordered xanax along with clomiphene. Clomiphene came from India. Received that on 10/8, but my xanax that is coming from Europe (that is "suppose" to be faster shipment) is MIA so far. I don't know what else to do. I used Mike at medicalsource and now he's no longer. His email has been shut down. But, I did receive from him (first time and he ROCKED!). I wanted to order again. He gave me the info, but I didn't send the money because I read noone can get through. Tried myself and no dice. Something good better happen soon. I went through a rough patch of nothing coming and I don't ever want to go through that again. Yet, I have all these orders (and MONEY that was spent) still not showing up! Never had this problem for the last 6-7 months. Anyone else having problems in AZ??? Just beside myself right now...I'm starting to just feel angry.. Just wean myself off so I can be done with this fiasco!!!

I can tell you im fairly new to overseas purchases since i had been dealing with state side ROPS that tightened there requirements. seems my records that were good enough in 06, 07 are no longer good enough. Even though ive gone to the Dr and updated them with latest annual physical and lab requirements. Anyway, I started in january of 08 purchasing from IOP's and have ordered approximately 7 times from IOP's and 4 times from the San Diego area sites. I have yet to have an order from an IOP confiscated and have always recieved my meds. I was ripped by the infamous Elaine and now am extremely careful where I ship my money and when. The best success I think is to establish a good business relationship with one IOP and purchase from them until they go down. then find another one and do the same. I came within a day of ordering from OS4U when he was arrested. But until the day he was arrested he was top notch and always delivered.

I live in FL, have had two seizers with LL's. Both from Parmaenergy. I've ordered from them three times.

my only sezure letter was from a e mail source and was sezed in some florida port. I stopped using that source because I thought they were lying to me but nevertheless they ended up scamming others good thing it happend considering
