I ordered meds from Thailand and the shipper sent it registered on 8/13/09. He emailed the registration number and everything but when I go to the USPS tracking site and input the full tracking number it says no record found. The shipper assured me the # was right but I find this bizarre. Any input?

Your package is trackable after it arrives on the JFK Airport. You must use a site from Thailand until then.

What site did you order from? I recently received an order from Thailand (ClickRemedy) where I was given a tracking no. but couldn't track it on the Thai Post website or anywhere else. Postage was free so my tracking no. obviously wasn't sent via EMS. If yours was sent 'registered', then you won't be able to track it at all. It's for their benefit to see if the package arrived.
