Recently I have been taken a lot of Benzo's and it seems as though I hit a ceiling level, where taking more won't matter. So the first poll is has anyone experinced this? and the second is what is the most you have done and not expeienced anything?

I can only imagine people with an absolutely huge tolerance, almost beyond belief, will be able to vote in the second one.

I was talking Benzo's where 10mg is a starting dose like Valium. Since some are a lot less, I will post one with lower amounts, but if you vote you have to state the benzo.

The starting dose of diazepam should be 2mg or 5mg usually. Anyone who does not respond to 20mg has serious tolerance and major problems. A decent doc would never prescribe more than 30mg a day, and that's still a lot.

Yeah Nephro that was my first thought too when I looked at this poll. Smallest dosage with no effects is 100mg? Good grief! What kind of effect are people looking for that they take 100 or even 1000mgs of valium?

I've been taking benzos regularly for many years and NEVER needed that high of a dosage of real valium for it to do it's job.
