One. No problem with me considering how helpful they've been.

Also had like one or two once. They've given me a few more often than shorting me.

I was shorted 17 pills. I called them and they refunded the difference in cost of the missing pills. They won't ship you the missing pills at their cost so you lose out there. Not sure if I'll use them again in the future.
