I've decided to give WW another try and I'm trying to decide whether to join WW Online or go to meetings.

Anyone here doing to either type of WW? If so, what do you like/dislike about the type you are following?

I just recently visited with some family members. It had been about 4 months since I last saw them and in that time they started WW. I couldn't believe how good they looked! It really helped to further inspire me to keep focused on losing weight. I feel that if I follow a more formal plan, that has support built-in, I will be more successful.

I set a goal this year to lose a pound a week. So far I have lost about 10-11 lbs. I'm not complaining because it's still progress but, if I am going to make my year-end goal, I really have to get more focused.
