Hi, you rightly point out that the doctor in question changed his Rules recently about which counties in FL that he will cover. This is an isolated incident in FL only which we are working to resolve with more coverage as soon as possible. This does not affect any other States. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. Regards, Amie.

Hi, refills will always be at the discretion of the doctor on a case by case basis. It will also depend on the specific State Rules about whether refills may be given or whether another consultation needs to take place. Please contact us for clarification. Thanks, Regards, Amie. You raise an interesting point here. Are you advising that there are certain states you are aware of that have regulations that would prohibit a physician from issuing refills on prescription drugs scheduled C-III and higher? Other than New York regarding benzodiazepines? Along the same lines, is the need for "another consultation" somehow subject to similar state agency regulations or Rules requiring doctors to consult by telephone before a refill could be authorized within a six month period after the initial script? I would think that your sharing of this kind of information upfront with your customers would be a very helpful addition to the service that you advertise on your Internet web site. You seem to be a well-informed service representative and I look forward to hearing more details about these restrictive state regulations that are creating frustrations for many of your customers. Thank you in advance for your clarification.
