I ordered Early this morning from Friendly..
It's almost 5 p.m. and no tracking available..
I thought they ship overnight for the 20 or so dollars extra..
Does anyone know what the cut-off time is for next day delivery ?
And if so what Brand Tramadol ?

My first order of Tramadol went flawlessly - got email confirmation and a tracking number right away, tracked the package right to my doorstep. Just put in my follow-up order, looking forward to doing business with them again, they are fabulous so far. I'll never order from anyone else but FC from now on!

Alberto, did you give them a valid phone number to reach you at to confirm your order? FC always calls after you submit your order or has at least in my case. However, if you can use a prepaid cell or you will be getting calls every day for your refills...

I used a fake cell number (one digit off), then called them wondering what the status was from another number altogether. I gave them my cell number, and got the 'verification' call a few minutes later. Tracking says it will be here tomorrow, but still hasn't been picket up. Probably wednesday then. Hopefully the phone 'mix-up' will keep them from calling my real cell phone with refill notices

I have been reading that the veryhappy code only works on Tramadol orders...

It works on orders over 50.00 I have gotten fioricet for years from them and the discount code has worked fine.

Just recieved my first order from this company and am a very happy customer, and would order from them again. I placed my order about 3:30 PM (EST) and recieved just about 24 hours later (about 3:45) the next day. The only real problem was that I got the first e-mail stating that the order had been processed, but not second e-mail, and had to call customer service (they were very friendly, just as their name implies!), to get the tracking number. Checked my spam box and everything, and can't figure out why I never got a follow up e-mail, that my Rx's were approved and tracking #'s. Of course the discount helps offset most of the shipping costs, I still wish there was a way to order more than one item at a time and combine shipping, seemed kinda unnecesary to me for FedEx to had my two envelopes, when they could easily have fit into one! But anyways, as I said very happy with this service, and thought their (generic) Soma was very resonably priced for an overnite pharmacy. I have found that all of the carriers such as Fed Ex and DHL have laid off many and now even if you pay for the express you will still wait. I never pay the extra money for fast shipping. It is not the fault of the source it is the shipping companies.

Just ordered from Friendly for the first time and I was pretty impressed. I ordered with my credit card and the meds came next day without a hitch. Something interesting did happen however and I want to see if it happened to anyone else. Shortly after submitting my order, my credit card company called me and said that my account had been hacked. They verified my recent transactions, and the Friendly transaction was the last one. There weren't any unauthorized charges, but they cancelled my card anyways and sent me a new one. Now this could be a total coincidence, but I don't think so. Makes me a little hesitant to order again. Anyone else have this happen ??

Admin comments: most likely the credit card company noticed a charge from abroad and wanted to verify... but there was some misunderstanding and you two decided it was best to get a new card.

Use a Virtual CC or a Pre Loaded CC with a Buck or 2 Over the amount you need for your order and Never order from the refill reminders and all will be Fine!

Our opinion on FC
There really is no need to use a pre paid credit card but you can use one if you wish. Just do not expect your prepaid card to work like a Platinum Visa. Do not blame FC when it is not accepted...
There is no need to use fake phones or emails but you can if you wish... just do not expect FC to be able to contact you if anything goes wrong with your pre paid card and can not ship your order...
The reminders are fine to order from and quite safe and easy too... provided you end up being taken to friendlyclinic.com and not to the Web of a scammer that is not related in any way with FC.
Yes there are people that have been double billed and there are people that have not been billed, and there are people that cancel the order and revoke charges after the meds have been shipped. They receive orders in large quantities and billing problems happen and people sometimes press the order button twice or go back and fill the form again thinking the first time it did not work... and people may get two orders too and if they complain will have the issue resolved. Errors happen but the good news is that FC will fix the mistakes.
And sometimes the discount codes do not work but they do work most of the times and for most of the people and when they do not it is not their fault but ours for not being able to keep up... and sometimes people enter the wrong code or forhet the minimum order for discounts is $50
If your prepaid card is not accepted and they try to call you and the number is fake and your email bounces... do not be surprised if they just blacklist you for being too much of a complication...
There is nothing sinister with FC. They just deliver quality meds, fast, and at good prices... and have been doing it for years... do not complicate things with prepaid cards, and non existing phones and emails... if you give them the right email they will keep you informed about every step of the order...

What is very clear so far is that they deliver...

I do hope Friendly will stay on top of this as they have been an excellent business - I have not ordered in a couple of years but in the past, the service was great. I hope they get to the root of the problem.

Admin ...By No Means am I knocking Friendly....They have always been Great with me!....It was just a suggestion to use a Virtual CC for Payment ....That way if their is someone in their Workforce or CC Processing Center is trying to take Advantage .....The Virtual CC will Stop that Problem....I do this with all of my Online Purchases for Anything....It just Adds an Extra Layer of Protection....That was all I was Trying to Express.

Im kinda new to this, but I ordered my meds (Tramadol) early this morning...like 2am PST and my order was processed at 7am PST. Any chances I would get my meds by friday? And do they do Saturday delivery?

you should get them tomorrow - I have ordered the same day as late at 10 am Pacific time and still gotten them the next day. I dont know where you are at, but I dont see why not... they are the most reliable as far as I am concerned when getting things overnight...

Well called customer service at about 0730PST and verified my info, then a few hours later when I checked my order status It was saying there was a problem because it was a dupicate order?? When I used the live chat to see what the problem was, I was told there was no problem, my order was being processed and at the pharmacy but had missed the cut-off time for shipment today. They then mentioned I'd get my meds on Monday, but from what I read many on here have gotten them on a friday and I know fed-ex does saturday delivery, so not sure what to expect.
However, I love the availability of the customer service and the prices. Let U all know when they arrive.

I've never had a problem with FC. Good, reliable service. Get a G-mail or other 'throw-away type' of email acct. if you're worried over a load of 'reminder mails' and spam. Admin is right. You DO need to provide them with a LEGIT email if you expect to receive info and tracking on your order. It's really no big deal. We all get spam mail from all types of companies anyway.

OK got my meds on Monday by 10am. Overall a good experience, and I will definetly use them again. Good price, and the meds are good quality and are working nicely.

I placed my order on Friday, July 31, recd a phone call from them to verify my address & cc info on Sunday evening, August 2nd. I should have recd my order Tuesday the 4th but there was a delay (not sure what) and my order arrived the next day (the 5th) at 2 p.m. The discount code did NOT work for me but overall I am extremely satisfied with my experience.

Was your order more than $50? I think it has to be more than $50 before shipping for it to work.

Hi Bryan, I just placed an order that was $56 + $23 Fed Ex, and the coupon codes were rejected. I have also been rejected for orders totaling $260. I tried creating a new account and using a different credit card, but it still was rejected. This has been going on for about 2 months now. Cartadmin is selectively blocking coupon use on certain medications. I suspect a bug, but no one seems willing to follow up on this and get it fixed. As a result, I have stopped buying the expensive ($260 medication) altogether. Friendly's admin has lost my big business until they pick up the phone and get the coupon issue fixed.
