I sent an email request to apainsolutions to make an appearance here on the forum to address everyone at once concerning the delay. Hopefully they will take a responsible approach to this matter and respond here.

Checked the tracking this morning, I had all but given up and did not go back for a couple of days. The tracking shows my order has been in transit since March 6th. Says it should be delivered the 10th (today). I will check Fed-X in about an hour and see what happens, hope springs eternal...

I picked the Meds up at the fed-X office this morning. Everything looks good, hope you all receive yours in a timely fashion....

Thanks for the update. I will keep my fingers crossed. So far no tracking # on the website and I still can't get anyone to answer the phone, but your news gives me hope.

I received news that I have been scheduled for a consult...I know that 2 refills is typical but since APS is not DS does anyone know whether they will honor the two refills?

Great News..APS finally responded to my e-mails, as we heard compounding machine was down at pharm but they are back up and running. They said I would have my meds this week. Wish it was today but thats better than never...

YIPPIE...I got my tracking # today, to be delivered tommorow. Will post when I receive.

delays and stories about delays from compounding pharms not always a good thing.

Does anyone know what the status of these guys are? I had used them once a few months ago and like them alot! But then they started having major delays. Anyone with update would be greatly appreciated!

Recieved meds last week.....

Has anyone been in contact with APS? I put in a refil request yesterday but I haven't been able to get them by e-mail or phone, and today the answering machine doesn't even pick up. Starting to get worried.

I see alot of the other services have already stopped shipping. I have two refils left and it looks like I may be screwed. I hope not. APS has always been professional in everyway so I really wish they would let me know somthing even if its bad news. I am going to call the pharm if I don't get a reply soon. Maybe they can shed some light on what is going on.

Well it doesn't look good for APS. I still can't get a response from them and the pharm said they can't contact them either. So much for my 2 refills they promised mme that I would get last month.

I have an e-mail into them right now, as soon as I hear from them I will post. I have been a long term customer with APS and they have always given me great service so I hope they will be able to make the change to F2F.

I hate to say it but I think APS may be gone for good. I have been trying to contact them since last week with no luck, and their phone is not working now. If this is the end for these guys it is a sad day for all us. They have always been a first rate professional service and they have always had great customer service. It looks like I may not get my last refil but I understand that the new law has put us all in a bad spot. Once again, THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP APS AND GOOD LUCK IN THE FUTURE.

These guys are done. I called the pharmacy and they told me that they were no longer filling scripts for APS, so I lost out on my last refill. They did say that they would transfer the refill to another pharm but since they were compounds I don't think my local pharmacy could fill it. Any advice on where I could transfer it too would be great....

There should definitely be a compounding pharmacy in your area. Look in the yellow pages and call around to a few places. I am sure you can find one and have the refill transfered there. Hope this helps.

After reading some posts in another area I am attempting to transfer my remaining two scripts to a local cvs. I was able to submit the info online as I still had the bottle from the original script. Luckily it is in the same state (actually only a 40 minute drive away from where I am located) so I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will work. I was going to use a walgreens but when trying to do it online they asked for the docs phone number which of course I don't have. cvs did not require this. I'll let you all know if this works out. And previous poster, there are plenty of compound pharmacies out there, like someone else said, google or look in the old fashion yellow pages. Good luck to us all

For all you Apainsolution people out there or any others that still have remaining scripts with refills, if you still have your bottles, I was able to go to cvs.com and easily get my script (with 1 more fill) transferred from the pharm APS used to my local CVS. The CVS website does ask for the doctor's name but not the phone number (which I of course didn't have). It was easy, my script was ready the next day although I didn't know that because the website kept showing "in process" and it wasn't until I phoned the CVS that they told me it was ready. I now have it in hand and as a bonus, was able to use my insurance so it was only $10 instead of the the $180 or so I have had to pay in the past going through APS. (Yes, I have insurance but not a sympathetic pain MD) And to give credit where credit is due, I was browsing the Chatcp posts and found that some of those folks tried the transfer and it worked so I figured...what have I got to lose? It sure did work and so I'm set for a few months anyway until I have to go F2F. Hope by then there is one closer to my home. I think I'll have to try splitting pills again to make them last as long as possible. (Haven't we all done that?) Good luck all out there. I always was happy with APS, they were very reliable and usually had my script to me within 2 days with excellent customer service.I would be happy if they start a F2F service. Hope this info helps some of you who still have remaining fills.
Oh and I tried Walgreen's first but they ask you the MD's phone number. I have also read that Target is an option and doesn't ask for the number either. Hang in There my friends.

Is this site apainsolution.com still open? I tried to register but could not. Then, I tried to phone them at 877-618-6096 but found the number is "not in service".
