The xanapam is really bad. The darvocet I wont even try it looks so bad. People go elsewhere. This firm are not selling authentic pharmaceuticals and are going to great lengths to hide it.

I just placed my second order with them Thursday. I had ordered the Ambien last month, came within 6 days via EMS. This time I ordered regular airmail. The ambien were great quality. I just ordered some more, I sure hope I get the same quality. I placed the order & they were shipped the next morning. I'll update when I receive. With some of the mixed reviews, I sure hope this IOP isn't going to start scamming

Anyone ever ordered elavail AKA amitriptyline from these people?....Gosh why do they choose long sophisticated words for meds...

To reflect the chemical structure of the molecule. Look at drugs from the same pharmaceutical category, and you'll spot patterns. Amitriptyline, nortriptyline, protriptyline - all tricyclics.

Using brand names makes no sense because they vary from country to country, whereas the rINN system is working towards universal generic names for the whole world, which can only be a good thing. Also, some brand names become defunct when the patent runs out; Elavil, Tryptizol, Lentizol - all former brands of amitriptyline - do not appear anywhere in UK formularies.

Tofranil (imipramine) - same story.
Gamanil (lofepramine) - same story.
Marplan (isocarboxazid) - " ".
Parnate (tranylcypromine) - " ".

The SSRIs and SNRIs currently all have branded products in the UK, but these will be lost to generic-only names in the future.

Even where brands are available, the NHS often won't supply them in favour of cheaper and identical generics, for example Panadol - the original UK brand of paracetamol.

That will sure make things a lot easier to understand when there's just one name for a drug.

I'm guilty of using brand names to describe different drugs. Even in the last hour I just mentioned how "Ambien" doesn't work for me, whereas I should have said zolpidem. My bad...

Just out of interest, do you use a vacuum cleaner or a hoover at home - and when you're at a train station, do you listen to the public address system or the tannoy?

I don't use either if I can help it, but when I do, it's a Dyson.

Ambien is only used in the US and Hungary I believe; the rest of the world has Stilnoct, Stilnox or some variant.

I certainly wouldn't tarnish a good loudspeaker brand such as Tannoy by using their name to describe the shite PA systems they have at railway stations. If they actually used some decent Tannoy speakers, we might be able to hear the fact that we've just missed out last train home.

yea, i was pissed that i got the somas in 7 days but theyre totally bunk!

A few people posting multiple posts each can easily fill a couple pages (at the default posts per page) with negative reviews.

It seems to me that it would be more trouble to get authentic looking fake pills made than to simply ship the real stuff as cheap as it is in India. However, I do not have experience with the drugs suspected as fake, and have never purchased them so can't say that they are real.

A good idea is to watch the post counts of those posting reviews & keep in mind what their other posts were.

Are they still shipping "trika" brand xanax? I think thats how its spelled, little funny in-print on it. Does anyone know what brand the somas are or klonopins? I wanted to try all three, but after so much negative feedback, I might have to go else where.

I think this place was a yay, for some time, for most meds. Now the site is getting mixed reviews on there meds. I used them for Zolpidem ( ambien) and to my surprise they were pretty good quality, ( as Indian based zopidem was not the best IMO)

Now the only things that I can say are good , is one they take a credit card, normally, and next you almost always receive your order, even if it has to be reshiped (on occasion) and signed for.

The meds you ordered have had both positive reviews and now some negitive ones.
( never a review saying there the best, but good) .

I'd probably sart looking to another IOP if you can find one that meets your needs, until better reviews start coming in.

It seems as if your have already ordered though, so some of us will be waiting for your thoughts on there quality. Good luck..

I did a live chat with Laura to complain about the latest batch of [censored] Zolpidem. I was told to try again tomorrow as their systems were down. They could not contact their "back office", nor could they check peoples accounts.

I then explained how I need the legit Zolpidem as it is an item prescribed by my Dr, but rediculously expensive here. Laura told me to wait and order tomorrow, "where the order will be placed with the 'back office' to ensure a 'different' medication".

In other words, they have plenty of different generics, some are ok, some are [censored]]. I will now have to explain the 2 which IMO, are [censored]], so I don't get them again.

My first order from these guys was their 7.5mg Zopicon (also known as Imovane). I got it a couple of weeks ago out of curiosity. It is just as effective as Zolpidem (from another outfit...NOT Basic Meds) but has a bitter metallic taste instead of the bland waxy taste of Zolpidem. Zopicon also leaves me with a very small hangover the next day. It works fine though. Just another data point on Basic Meds.

Well im should be receiving the xanax 1mg in the next 2/3 days. I test them and then report as well as take pictures of which generic brand it is.

Tis is the nature of the business, mate. Whatever made you consider them in the first place if you only considered the 4 pages of nothing but mixed feedback? There are just too many other and more reliable options available

These guys seem to be ok as long as you dictate to them which Generic you want, which means you have to do your homework. All my requests have been taken care of, with one more to be sorted out tomorrow.

Have you read the recent posts? Some that did receive, say they were weak or bunk. Stay positive tho. It cannot hurt at this point.

Gotta admit, all but 2 of my orders have been great. I would not be writing them off by any means.

May I ask what was wrong with the 2 orders? Did they substitute a generic or another brand that did not work as well for you?
