Can anyone help with feeback about their experience filling scripts here; I was thinking of using them as I had a F2F but having a problem filling their script. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I checked them out since I had ordered non Rx stuff from them before.
If you click on their FAQs you will get a long list of questions with very detailed answers.
As for getting sch III-V meds, they state that your dr. must fax or phone in the script directly to them. You can't do it yourself. However you can mail them the original script, which may take days to clear.
They list the addresses and phone numbers to use. If you send it to them by UPS or Fedex there's a special address to send those to.
I think drugstore.com is a good company to use but you have to follow the instructions. I printed out some of their answers so I could have them handy.
Anyone contemplating using them do some research BEFORE you have your F2F so that you clearly know what to do with an Rx before you leave the dr.'s office.

I used to use drugstore.com for my ambien and sinigular but they refused to fill the vicodin (this is my regular doc mind you). They said they do not fill pain meds when I called for a price. The other reason I no longer use them is I used the for like 5 years. I did 3 month supply of ambien at a time (90 pills). I would get an email saying my refill was up and I would refill. They have a system where they say they will call your doc ('call') and get your refill approved when it was up and I knew my doc would have no problem so I opted for that. I waited 8 or 9 days and called saying what is going on. They said they contacted my doc and she never responded. My doc is the best so I called her and she said they never called. I called them back and they said they faxed her. I also asked why the heck didn't they contact me telling my they couldn't reach her...not even send an email? I don't know where they came up with her fax number but it was incorrect. I stayed cool and hooked them up again and all approved. This was a Monday morning now 10 days since ordered. Then come Wednesday (12 days) and still nothing so I called again. By now I am out of my med I take daily over a decade. They tell me it wouldn't ship until after the weekend. I flipped! Apparently they close early the day before Thanksgiving so no orders shipped, Thurs was Thanksgiving and Friday after Thanksgiving they closed as well...not to mention all Sat and Suns. Now I am going to be without 17 days at the least. I insist on overnight shipping which they refuse to comp. They offer only a coupon for a future purchase. Tues arrives and guess what! NO MEDS! Now I am hysterical - yelling, having a fit and finally they promise to ship again and comp overnight ship after demanding every supervisor I can find. Wed my meds arrive and they only send 30 when my doc prescribed 90. I call insisting they send the remainder and they say no! We will ship when 30 days have passed. I said 30 days? First of all you didnt fill as prescribed and 2nd - you are not allowing for ship time - especially considering it took 19 days this time! They said they went through my records for the past 5 years and I am only allowed 1 seven day grace period total and I had used it. I have heard the 7 day rule per script but not a series of scripts. They didnt even have the 5 years listed on my account history so I could see if they were correct but at that point I was so frustrated and had my doc write a new script to bring local so I could end the battle.

Sio..thanks for posting that. I don't doubt you one bit. We try to put our trust in companies and get the shaft and get lied to.
Now for sure I wouldn't trust them.
