The order I placed late in the afternoon Monday is on its way - it's been picked up from FEDEX. I doubted it would come yesterday due to me placing the order 30 minutes before their cutoff time.
But, the discount worked and it's on its way.
I feel really bad for those having bogus charges on their accounts. I've never had any thankfully. And, I've used the cartadmin system for a loooong time (5+ years) and that's never happened to me.

In the past three days I have had 11 calls telling me my refill is available. The call is Unknown and they are the only site I have ordered from in 3 yrs and it was in March. They have the drug and qty right. All calls are from Asian's. I told person tonight to cease the calls (for like the 6th time) and if they did not I would call them in for harassment as I have the real number and checked that it worked. So I will see what happens. Have not had a problem with my CC however.

Hey Mooya, did your Soma come thru ... or anybody else's lateley? I put an order in few days ago, not using my phone number since I made that mistake years ago and gave my husband's cell ... man, was he p'd! he had calls like 3 years!
Just a little worried about the check status page having to put your whole credit card number in. doesn't seem secure ... anyway order still says P.

Friendly clinic is on top off things 99% of the time, but last week they sent me the wrong product. After about week and many emails and phone calls I was able to straighten out the problem. No ones perfect and no one gets everything right 100% of time, but I will continue to use them.
I kept getting emails to refill and finally got those to stop. Now I have been receiving phone calls. Told them I'm not interested and stop calling me. Called again today!
My order status says declined. I didn't call them since someone on DB had said that isn't necessary and I didn't want them getting my phone number, but now they've got my cc number anyway & I'll have to keep watching it. Ugh.

Sleepy, they will continue to call. I had a break for a couple of days and now just do not answer the phone for Unknown Calls and listen if I get a voice mail (which they never leave) However, in the last call I received that I took after I told them to QUIT CALLING, the individual told me if I did not want my refill I would no longer be a customer... Yet still more calls. I check my CC daily for charges as I still am so not sure I will not get billed.
They came through for me when I needed them, but have stalked me ever sense. So not right!!!

often it may be from 816 (kansas city) or 212 (new york), but the truth is, they are just spoofing those numbers anyway. you can't call back, you can't even report them to the "national do not call." much of the time, those numbers do not even exist. sometimes they do not even have seven digits. and yeah, they do go on forever.
only solution is never to give your number in first place. i can't even change mine.
on the bright side, i did receive confirmation from my CC today about the chargeback. sign the form and return. hoping.
late-- yes, anything that is not a real phone number. they can enter any digits they want, no restriction. i've seen similar ones like "+1918" and others. the "plus" just means it originates from outside US.
just as a suggestion, what i have taken to doing (since i get so many) is saving the number to my phone, ID-ing it, then setting a different ring (easier and quicker to ignore). i now have over 30 of them, but i notice they do re-use them, so its still worth it.
The discount didn't work for me, either. Oh well, I'm more concerned about getting my order, anyway. I'm always a lil freaked out about ordering from someone new, but they look reputable and have good reviews.

Wow! I am impressed, kudos to these guys!! I got my order today as I ordered after their cutoff time on Tuesday night and received the order with absolutely no issues. I had it sent to the local FedEx hub with no problems and it was here today by 10 am. Very good product, too. I got the Watson Soma and will continue to order from them because the Soma works wonders for my Fibromyalgia. You could tell it was pills of some kind because there was no cotton or anything, but that was ok with me. I would recommend them.

Don't have caller ID but I get a call about 3 times a month from an lovely sounding, sweet Asian lady who says "You remeber me right "DM"? Never idnentifies the pharm but knows what i have always ordered successfully and I persoanlly have never been shorted but who counts them any way...LOL. I just tell her I am still good after 2 orders this past spring and politely hang up. I still get the 3 times a week emails but my concern a few pages back there was a double billing issue...is anyone still having that issue with them? I might like another bottle of Soma soon and don't ant any hassles and after years and years of orders never had one problem with F/C. Feedback appreciated on the double billing issue. I am too busy to be calling my C/C company to cancel this or question that. Thanks and GL DM

So this is interesting be very careful. I called to let Friendly Clinic know they sent me someone elses order. The rep asked me to open the bottle and read the info of the pills which means handling them. They(friendly clinic) now want to pickup the meds that have been before they will ship me the correct order I have paid for.. I am not at all comfortable with the idea that my meds may have been handled by someone else not a pharmacy before shipped to me. I have asked for a refund and will no longer be using this company. Funny their policy is absolutely no meds can be returned per the FDA..so much for the FDA.
That is totally not cool. Besides I think you could (NO, I am not saying WILL) be illegally resending a prescription back through the mail. It just is not right in my mind. They aren't breaking the bank asking you to dispose and reship.

That is my feeling they should reship my order overnight then I would be assured they were not getting it back from someone elsse and just packaging and sending it to me...but for some reason this process takes a week??

Tried the discount code - didn't work for me. Same problem everyone else has been having, but I placed my order and got the confirmation e-mail. This is my first time ordering from them and even after all the great reviews here I'm still a little nervous so wish me luck after reading the few negative things about FC. Will update when I get tracking and actually receive my little package to give a full review. Hope it's as positive as everyone elses experiences.

Had to call because a mix up with the credit card I used and I just gotta say all the things said in this thread about FC's customer service is true. The lady I spoke with was a little hard to understand, but the most polite CS person I've ever spoken to. Hopefully I have my stuff straighten out by tomorrow (it's not FC's fault, but my own or more specifically a really sneaky husband) so will report back whenever I finally receive my meds.

Just tried them. Ordered 6/30, shipped 7/2, rec'd 7/3. My order was delayed a day because when they called (my cell) I was at work & missed it. I called right back, but I couldn't for the life of me understand the call back # he left. I honestly listed to the message over & over for 25 minutes trying to jot down what the # could be! I was so frustrated. His English was not the best! lol I called them when I got home (# is on their website) confirmed some info and I was all set. My order just arrived. I'll report back on quality, but I expect is top notch as is this place. Code veryhappy gets you $20 off $50!

Recieved my second order the next day after ordering in the afternoon. Still no problems with their service. Easy credit card transactions and quality medications. I like their cheaper Soma better than the Watson which put me straight to sleep ansd can give me a headache. They always send me Apotex Tramadol which I've heard isn't the best. Anybody know a place to get better quality Tramadol? Anyway, I'll definitely use them again in the future. They don't use cotton in the bottles and your packages sound like pills though...

ordered 7/6/09 did not answer unknown phone number turned out to be friendlyclinic calling to verify order. Order canceled.
Spoke to customer service via live web help: 7/7/09 Re submitted order 7/7/09 Answered phone call about 4 hours later, verified name, address and email. Received shipping notice within a few hours. Order received: 7/09/09 @ 2pm.
Rec'd my order last week. Great price w/ discount! Soma's (Watson) are as expected, excellent (my back really appreciates that! lol) and although the Fioricet is brand, it didn't releive my headache like I recall from several years ago. Do the come in different strengths or just one standard? I've been using Imitrex, but sometimes at night I liked that the Fioricets helped me fall asleep as my migraine went away. These didn't do that. I only took one because the migraine was just setting in and I didn't want to take 2 unless I had to. I'll try 2 next time. All in all, I'd highly recommend them except for the annoying pestering emails I'm getting EVERY day wanting me to reorder!
