I have an order sitting in customs right now and thought i would just see how long, on average you orders have took to clear customs. My first order cleared in less than 24 hrs so i dont really have alot to go off of. thanks

Depends how packaging is. I used Europe Vendor and there packaging is great so def. geat through customs faster

Packing was great last time I'm hoping it gets thru but with ever day I think the chances get slimmer

Normally it's 1-3 days (yes, I did the poll), however I've had one sitting there since the 1st of June. Tomorrow will be the 10th day it's sat in NY.

I'm really worried that it may not make it though.

Bummer.

I was wondering the same thing. I prefer it being called a "Dear John" letter.

i hate LL's min was in for 2 days and LL happened.

I waited 2and one half months on an order from India one time and still havent received from 2 months ago from South America.On the fence about blacklisting the South America pharmacy

The longest I've ever had to wait [and trust me, I've received my fair share of "shesity-[censored] packaging" - CAM's half-assed, duct tape (for lack of a better word?) packaging was about as bad as it gets] was 6 days to clear Customs. Is that just an anomaly for me, or do the majority of clients find themselves in the same boat?

i have never ordered meds online but on other things from china the longest i ever waited was 3 days, been lucky i guess

I've always opted out of a tracking number. So I honestly cannot say how long it sat in customs. I do know that tracking numbers require more hands to touch the package and are fewer in number than regular mail. So there would be more scrutiny. And give a customer a tracking number and it will be checked several times a day, if not more. Just human nature. I always felt this was customs way of pulling aside their quota and being right as oppossed to a random. Call me paranoid though I never got a Dear John as I saw posted above and everything always came through with no hassles. If it makes it it makes it, don't help them single your package out.

I never get a tracking number either........unless there is a bar code on the package so I wonder if thats the tracking #?? but they have never given me the tracking number, I was told they re-shipped but still havent received nothing since the day I posted. Dang $300 down the drain!!! Im pretty sure I was scammed from a certain place in Spain. Ive learned my lesson the hard way especially since I have limited income...As I also said there is no way it takes a month to get an express package!!!

Lordy I guess with the economy so bad they dont care and just make up another website and scam more people.......I have nobody else to blame but my stupidity

I've ordered 4 times - from two IOPs. The two that made it through customs took 3 hours and the other 6 minutes, by the tracking info. I still have one sitting in customs since the 22nd. The one that didn't make it sat in customs for about 3 weeks before they sent it back to the shipper - no letter sent to me or anything.

I seriously hate Canada Customs. They're not accountable to anybody, you can't contact them, and they can hold your package for as long as they like and there's nothing you can do..

I swear, I'm moving to Germany. :|

This last order was passed on the 28th, so six days in customs. I just got it delivered to my door this morning.

I've seen some really oxymoron acronyms but this one had me stumped. Why not just a simple "SL" or at least "DJ" for "Dear John"? Which seems a little more related to losing something. Oh well, far be from me to question long standing web site idioms.

I have had 2 or 3 LL over the years if it comes through NY or the east cost to me it has take quite a few days at times. I have had a few get through in the same day

Ordered:ordered & paid 1/17
Received:RM TN 1/18
RM turned over to USPS 1/19 (no USPS updating/tracking)
emailed vendor 1/26 about USPS tracking delay / Responded in less than 1hr.
No info about arrival in NY. No info on US customs whatsoever.
Received:1/27 (USPS updated after delivery).
All products accounted for.
