Listvoer Veteran Registered: 01/14/04 Posts: 453 Loc: New America	Well, to recap, I placed an order on June 12, which supposedly shipped on the 15th. It's MIA. I placed a second order in good faith on July 10 and received confirmation of order, but nothing since. And as of 5 minutes ago their site was still down. I'm not going to jump to conclusions yet, thankfully I put it on my CC so i'm not worried about losing my money even if Giga AND Klik&Pay both balk, so i'm going to try to show patience and give them the benefit of doubt for now. I won't wait much longer than 60-70 days though because that's the outer limits of even the worst international mail problems, and if they won't work with me by that point then I don't see any reason not to chargeback. They will have had ample warning and chances to make it right. I've had 2 previous orders that were 5-star deliveries so I know they can work wonderfully, but now I have 2 that are in the air and I can't just keep waiting forever. These are meds I need, not toys. If they can't deliver in less than 5 or 6 weeks then it's time to move on. Time to put this on back on my 'watch' list and search for yet another reliable place. L

Also, I placed another order on the 10th or so, I was getting a little concerned with thier website being down, I received a message saying that I would receive a refund in a couple of days and they would be back in a couple of weeks (due to supply problems).

Got my second US Customs seizure letter today, only the second since 1995. Dang dang dang dang dang (lol.. love theat censor-bot) but at least I was able to place an order with a US op for just a few dollars more, it won't deal with Customs, and it'll be here 2nd day UPS. I think i'm officially finished with IOPs except for the occasional med that's not available in the usa. Anyone know of the phone #/e-mail addy for giga so that I can scan or fax them a copy of my latest letter? At least I know my mailbox isn't to blame for the Empty Mailbox Syndrome, it's the draconian DEA that's the problem. Hate to say it, but other 6/15 shippers should probably be looking for that dreaded love letter...

mona Newbie Registered: 12/14/01 Posts: 42	i too got a love letter today for my 6/15 order BUT i also got an email from Giga telling me that they were issuing a refund because so many 6/15 packages have either gone missing or have been seized. they didn't even ask me to send them a copy of the seizure letter (altho i would if asked.) i was quite impressed by their show of honesty and concern for their customers. and to top it off, i did get the second order i placed, sitting right next to the US Customs envelope in my mail box! HA! if Giga gets things worked out again, i'll definitely use them. i'm sold.

Posting was delayed because (as we know) Giga ran out of DHC earlier than they posted it to their website, but it looks like they did catch up enough to fill the late June orders? As I mentioned above, I think, I had correspondence with Giga in which they had offered to send a partial order and and send the rest when they had restocked Didor Continuus. I'm really sorry that happened to y'all--and yes, it an order placed in late April and expected in May, so apparently I was one of the few who got payed back. My order total was something like $471.00USD--so even if it hadn't been Veripayment, I would have bitched and moaned to my cc company for the money back--not getting your cash or product on a cc transaction IS fraud, and you should be reimbursed for that. It came directly in my mailbox and I did not have to sign for it. I am very pleased with packaging and product, however, I am bummed to see their site down. I hope it comes back up as it was reliable and speedy delivery from Spain.

kevinguy Stranger Registered: 11/29/03 Posts: 2	When I stumbled onto GigaPharm. two months or so ago I couldn't beleive it, they rocked, GREAT pain med prices and super fast service, (prices on some other things are a tad high..but..can't have it all) I've ordered and recieved everything within 10 days, but my order that was confirmed 7-12-04 has yet to arrive and the site is down, when they come back up I'll continue to be a loyal customer, but from reading this thread it looks like they go down every now and then, and I need a reliable back up source with compareable prices and speed, working 12 hour shifts leaves me no time to "serf around" too much so any suggestions mailed to me are appreciated.
