All right very strangely today I received a duplicate order that I was not charged for, very strange but, certainly not going to complain.
Also, I placed another order on the 10th or so, I was getting a little concerned with thier website being down, I received a message saying that I would receive a refund in a couple of days and they would be back in a couple of weeks (due to supply problems).

I had an experience where my order was seized by customs, and Veripayment had returned the $$ to my credit card within a week. Veripayment actually contacted me to inform me of the chargeback and that Gigapharma was unable to do business with me. I'm really sorry that happened to y'all--and yes, it an order placed in late April and expected in May, so apparently I was one of the few who got payed back. My order total was something like $471.00USD--so even if it hadn't been Veripayment, I would have bitched and moaned to my cc company for the money back--not getting your cash or product on a cc transaction IS fraud, and you should be reimbursed for that. I have emailed gigapharma several times now with no response... I can only hope they will refund my $$ like they have for others on the board.
I got a refund for the same ship date without a seizure letter yet...although I'm sure I will get one.

When I stumbled onto GigaPharm. two months or so ago I couldn't beleive it, they rocked, GREAT pain med prices and super fast service, (prices on some other things are a tad high..but..can't have it all) I've ordered and recieved everything within 10 days, but my order that was confirmed 7-12-04 has yet to arrive and the site is down, when they come back up I'll continue to be a loyal customer, but from reading this thread it looks like they go down every now and then, and I need a reliable back up source with compareable prices and speed, working 12 hour shifts leaves me no time to "serf around" too much so any suggestions mailed to me are appreciated.
Hope they come back soon, they have always been good to me, even with answering e-mails.
