I registered online yesterday morning, (Monday) and within an hour had been contacted by F2F. Very polite customer service, very helping. I sent in my records within the next hour and will admit I was a bit scared of paying $299 up front, but there was no need for the worry. She ( F2F customer service)charged my card while I waited on the phone and then began setting up my appointment with the Dr. I had asked for a Tuesday appointment, but when she called (all while I was on the phone with her waiting) she found out they were not in the office I wanted to go to on Tuesday, but they were there on mondays. So I asked her if I could possibly get an appointment for tonight. (Meaning lastnight) While still on the phone with them she asked if they could get in me and to my suprise they said yes. So within 90 minutes I registered, paid and had an appointment for the same day. I don't mean to give such a play by play but I'd like to provide some good feedback on my experience. I know from reading this thread people are looking to know about what's been happening. My consult request was expedited beyond what I would have ever expected when I signed up in the morning. The level of professional treatment I was given yesterday by F2F and the Dr.'s office was above and beyond what I could have expected. I know all patients are different, with different medical conditions, records, attitudes, etc. and a lot comes into play when a Doctor reviews and consults with a patient. I know that Doctor's are not going to just give out a certain prescription because you ask for it. The Doctor did decide to continue the same treatment that I had been getting and he wrote me a prescription that I could take away with me. I just don't want people to think that because I can continue the same treatment I had been getting that others will also. It's up to your condition and the doctor's recommendation. I would not mind at all and would like it if I could have this DR. as my PCP. Very polite, professional, comfortable to talk to and knowledgable. I did not feel like I was just pushed in and out and given a prescription with no meaning other than to collect money. I hope posting my experience helps ease some concerns or answers some questions. I don't want to give too much information away but I will say that I am in Florida.

Had my consult with the F2Fdoc.com doctor in Irving, TX (Dallas area) yesterday. Let me just say, had I been able to find a doctor like this before, I would never have needed a service like F2Fdoc.com to begin with. One of the best doctor's visits I've ever had. For starters, he actually listened. Not "listened" like some doctors, who nod and shake their head, and then start talking and proving that they didn't really care about what you just said. He seemed to actually care about helping to provide some relief from pain and restore some quality of life. Never once did he seemed rushed or hurried, gave me plenty of time to ask questions, discuss anything, etc. Heck, he even gave me a card with his personal email on it in case I had questions or issues later. I just can't say enough about the guy. Phenomenal experience. So if you're in the Dallas area, do NOT hesitate to use the Irving doctor through F2Fdoc.com. I really hope they keep this guy around for a while.
