If you bought Chatcp from CL, the site should show there were a whole lot more people that have paid money to that company then have received their medication.

It does not matter that you have raised your prices, if they paid for a prescription before you did so, you have a legal obligation to either send the product at the cost at the time the money was accepted, or refund their money.

I cannot believe that you actually bought Chat and would not know its history. Read the Chat threads and learn about all the people who sent in money -- sometimes lots of money -- and received nothing. The idea that CL was a compassionate provider of medication is so outrageous that it is beyond my ability to comment.

I cannot believe that you really purchased Chat yet did no research on its scam. No one has that kind of money to throw away.

And if you think it is "fun" to taunt so many people who are victims of Chat and its owners, I guess we define the word "fun" differently.

Since you know nothing about Chat's history, perhaps you do not know that there has been a little change in the law. Does the Ryan Haight Act ring any bells?

well boys and girls i just got back from fedex, and the survey said LEGIT I took my normal dose and feel no pain.....

We checked the books. The amount of people that sent in the correct amount money and received nothing is ZERO. We have quite a few $95.00 MO but we are not sending out anything for 95.00. Feel free to send in the remainder or we could COD the remainder and those meds will be sent out. We have sent out emails stating this.
We don’t not have any legal obligation to do anything. C.L took the cost of those orders off the purchase price of his company. That is the only reason we sent them out. People who sent in the ChatCP amount still need to send in the pharmacy amount. That is not unfair.

Those of you that have lost $1000’s of dollars, feel free to show proof, and we will be happy to send out packages. From the accounting that we have seen, Chatcp has been very good at keeping customers up to date.

I suppose you do not feel you have a legal obligation to do anything as you are an illegal operation in the first place.

Does it not concern you that if/when CL is investigated by LE that the trail will lead to you?

I would worry about purchasing a business that screwed over so many people towards the end.

In normal circumstances, OCS patients are not very cooperative in the prosecution of those who worked/owned the companies that have helped us in the past. For CL, many are going to feel differently.

What do you suggest those who did send in money (even $95) do? They do deserve to have their money refunded, no matter how much it is.

hate to butt in but this guy is taking a huge risk to provide meds to us i say we lay off and either order or just forget about it. or we will all lose the contact.... if you lost money with him send a private message and try to work it out.
