We have been editing our US list to contain only sites that seem to comply with the RHA.

We are not a law firm, we are not a regulatory or enforcement agency, and are not even in a position to tell which is in compliance and which is not... but we will do our best and have been reviewing the list and will continue to do so... and we will only list sites that "seem" to comply

When we review the Web of any service that in some form offers controlled substances... the first thing we look for is to see if the info and disclimers required by the RHA are displayed on their main page... if no such messages are displayed we will not list that site...

We welcome all comments on this... if you feel a service that is in compliance with the RHA should be in our list please let us know by posting in this thread... by the same token if you feel any of the services in the list is not in compliance please post letting us know why...

Thank you for your support

You have taken OTN Group off this site because you say it does not appear to comply with RHA. They have information on their website and on their message board about Face to Face consults, and they list which states they have doctors in.

Isn't this complying with RHA? I'm confused.

We do not search all pages... we just look at the main page as that is where the info should be... and because it was not there... we felt we had to remove them from the list... and that only means we removed them from our list...

You can continue posting about them in the open discussion forum...

Okay, thanks for the response. Admittedly, they don't have that information front and center on their webpage, so I understand how many people could miss it. You kind of have to go digging!

As mentioned earlier we are not qualified to tell, not do we have the tools or power to determine, if a site is in compliance with the RHA but we have decided to only list sites that seem to comply

For example. We keep 1stclasscare.net in our list because their front page says:

"1st Class Care complies with the requirements of Section 311(c) of 21 USC 802 with respect to the delivery, sale or offer for sale of controlled substances. Please CLICK HERE for information pursuant to Section 311(c). With respect to said compliance, 1st Class Care emphasizes that it is not a "pharmacy" in the usual sense and does not posess, sell, offer sale, ship or deliver any medication whatsoever and information required by Section 311(c) reflects that situation."

and there they offer a link to:
Quote:
NFORMATION DISCLOSED PURSUANT TO 21 USC 802 Sec. 311(c)
(a)- Compliance statement - see home page. -

(b) 1st Class Care is a "direct script" activity; that is, all prescriptions issued as a result of consultations arranged by it are delivered to the client/patient who has those prescriptions filled at a pharmacy of personal choice. 1st Class Care has no prior or continuing Knowledge of that choice and has no no relationship with or investment in any pharmacy.

(c)(1)1st Class Care, LLC, 907 6th st. NW, Winter Haven, Fl., 33881

(c)(2)863-595-0192; admin@1stclasscare.net.

(c)(3)/(c)(4)1st Class Care is not a "pharmacy" and has no pharmicist in charge nor does it operate or have any relationship with any pharmacy in any state

(c)(5) N/A

(c)(6) To be supplied.

(c)(7)1st Class Care will only facilitate issuance of a prescription to dispense a controlled substance to a person who has a valid prescription issued for a legitimate medical purpose based upon a medical relationship with a prescribing practitioner. This includes at least one prior in-person medical evaluation or medical evaluation via telemedicine in accordance with applicable requirements of section 309 of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 829)

Also note our list is not a list of site in compliance with any law, we are not a verification, enforcement, or regulatory agency... we only offer a place for info, help, and support... and the US list is just list of sites discussed at our site for which we have dedicated feedback and Q&A threads

Does anyone know how SVS was not in compliance with DB's interpretation of the new laws? I assume they are still an ongoing concern and would like all the information to better make an informed decision as to which service I use. and which service i don't use.

The SpecialValueServices site did not kook like it was in compliance with the RHA
The site is also forwarding visitors to another site with a different domain name...

You are most welcome to post about any service in the open discussion forums... it does not matter if it is in our list or not... you can discuss any service with a Web...

Thank you for your support
