Does anyone have Terri as rep? Once Lisa left and I got her I get no response and I only emailed once last month, never heard from her, finally week later got track # with no COD and had to call delivery service for it. Now this month, clicked on order refill before site went down a week ago. Nothing. 1 and only 1 email to Terri with Refill in subject line 2 days ago. Still nothing. I wish I had Jody or Mimi. Sounds like those 2 at least are responding but this Terri is the worst! Anyone else have her and having trouble getting her to "work"?

I have never had her but on other post I have heard both good and bad. Seems to be a hit or miss with her. ,I have had Jody the whole time and just got an e-mail saying Mimi is now my rep and put in my request with her....boy I hope this does not mean I have to start waiting all over...was due the 17th, requested on 15th.

Being that there is a minimum of 72 hours delay. And your email was 2 days ago, I would give it another day. I am sure they are working on it. But, with the delay, they probably don't want to confirm your order if it's not to be sent to pharm for a few days.

BTW, I don't always get the COD total. Which has never bothered me as I just call Fedex and Ask them after I get tracking.

Also, I would like to say, for anyone who wants to hold their meds at hub and did not use that addy when they sent in their verification. No need to send an email to PPC to try to get them to change the addy, Fedex will do it for you. Wait until they have the pkg and then call them to send a message to your local station to hold at hub.

It is easy to do and it doesn't clog their email box.

Hey since I am due on a Fri, do you guys think I should request Sat delivery...Just kidding...LOL I wanted to make some of you laugh!! I think we need a lil laughter!!

Personally I think everyone is looking at about 5days. 72 hours to be filled and 48 to ship. Perhaps longer. If they can get it done faster, FANTASTIC. But at least you sort of have a heads up.

At least they are filling, when accross these boards it seems like no one is!

Thanks for words of patient advice. If I do not hear from Terri, and I also just tried to telephone her since I had her number, (mailbox full of course), by tomorrow, would I be pushing my luck by emailing Jody? Or leave it alone? Thirty days tomorrow since last fill for meds and running low. Maybe with any luck they switched me to another rep.

FYI---if anyone lives in the Charlotte, NC or north part of SC, the Fedex hubs around here do not allow that. The sender would have to put the "hold at hub" and the hub's address on the package initially. Since its medications, the hub here has a rule that they must attempt the first delivery to your address, then if you're not there to receive, they will hold it at the hub if you call to specially request that. Believe me, I have been there, done that. Fedex around here will not budge!

That stinks...I know around here that UPS has that policy, they must first try to deliver.

My son is in alot of diffent therapies, PT, OT and VT, so I am not home often...Sometimes easier for hubby to pick up to or from work at the hub.

I have tried to change address also with Fedex they wouldn't do it, I think it just depends who answers the phone and what kind of mood they are in LOL>>>.

I also never mention what is in the package. I just say, oh I was supposed to have that sent held at hub, and they say, no worries I'll take care of it.

A few times I got a rep that said it must be me to pick up with ID and 9 times out of 10 I sent hubby...LOL

Sometimes I don't think they know what they are talking about on that 1-800 number...LOL

So, it is very possible you are correct that is has to do with who you get and if they want to be helpful

For those of you that know FEDEX will not change the addy over the phone, I would just wait for delivery or pick it up after they attempted. I think, being there is a delay already, trying to change addresses once you have confirmed your info, IS asking for more trouble.

I hope a few people that are getting come on here to quell the nerves of those of you that have been waiting. I know people are getting delivered, or this thread would be a million pages by now. It would help those that are at wits end and tempted to send another email...

This could be the case......all I know is that the Fedex personnel around here are the rudest folks I've ever dealt with! My driver is very friendly though, so I guess that makes up for the witches at the hub. I dread going there to pick up packages. I'll wait until the next delivery attempt the following day just to avoid going there. If I have no choice but to go to the hub, and my address on my ID doesn't match the address it was sent to...OMG! Not all the staff there is picky like that, but there are 2 ladies in particular who are b!tches from he!!.

things must really be bad...I've been waiting for a tracking number for a week, after getting my COD amount emailed to me...i've pretty much given up as nobody on here has verified delivery, or a simple tracking number, after being emailed a COD notification...

Well since the Pharmacist called me to go over my script from PPC I decided to call him direct and he flat out said they will no longer fill for PPC and thought it best to contact the Dr. direct ?

huh? Why did the pharmacist call you, if I might ask? My husband never got a call in all the months he's been with PPC. And its always been the same pharmacy shipping to him.

JUST: REFILL

There really is no point in sending email after email ,as there is no new info to report. There is a delay. I know that nobody wants that, Shite...I don't want that. But, I know that there is nothing anyone can due. The only way to speed the process up, is to really not slow it down.



what would you suggest for a matter other than a refill, so as to not have your concern deleted?

Unless someone has actually gotten a refill I am going to go out on a very strong limb and say there will be no more refills honored through PPC......JMO

I did speak with Jody today, and People are getting their refills.

BTW they also have a pharm in another state that is filling!

there were posts as recent as Fri from people that had received. and like you said, once people are taken care of posting becomes less of a priority. i don't think that's a concern.

it's gotta be frustrating having no line of communication, though. a website w/ status updates would be nice and would kill ~75% of their emails, I'll bet.

There is no other info right now, other then there is a delay that PPC had no control over.

The procedure to get a refill honored is:

Send ONE email titled: REFILL

Respond to her email for verification

await COD and tracking.

Sending emails asking how long it will take, is only going to get you to the bottom of the pile.

they would not send confirmations and COD totals for nothing. They are working as fast as they can.

The only emails anyoe shouls be sending right now are ONE refill request, and a reply to verification. Or god forbid some odd situation come up that you need to discuss with your rep.

I know that some people think sending an email everday or every other is not too much...but, right now...it is.

SO if you don't want your order to take any longer then absolutely necessary, then stick to your ONE original email and reply.

That scares me to death about the TX pharmacy. Always had been at that TX pharmacy.
Got cod amount on the 16th and mimi isn't reponsive to the refill question just asking about me already waiting the 72 hours. Could that be the problem?
Texas isn't filling anymore.

I wouldn't let it worry you, I know easy for me to say, but I just think theres a delay, and I don't think they'd send out cod totals unless they were planning to ship.
Hang in there I know it sucks not knowing but before we know it we'll recieve our order.

Hello-if you read through some of my previous posts, I am the person who used PPC for the first time (consult) on 3/31. Over the next 10 days or so, I sent out 4 emails and called cust svc or my rep about 3-4 times. I never got any replies and was getting EXTREMELY concerned that I had fallen between the cracks...in hindsight, I probably put myself right into a crack by trying to obtain info...anyway...I received two emails on 4/13, one stating that I had never had a consult and the other saying the doctor hadn't sent anything. I called cs immediately and they took my phone number. Within a few minutes a received a vm from Mimi stating that 'it was being sent to the pharm today and here's your cod total'. I thought that meant it would be going out that day, but I was wrong. On Monday at noon (4/20), I sent an email to Mimi (after waiting a full 7 days and not bothering anyone with calls or emails) and she sent an email back within 30 minutes stating 'you're shipping today'. The next morning,(Tues-yesterday) because I hadn't gotten any tracking info, I sent her a very respectful, polite email asking, if by any chance, there was a tracking number. About 2 hours later I got an email from fedex stating that I would was going out today for Wednesday delivery. After 22 days from the time of my consult, I finally received my medication today. Now, my next question: It says on the bottle that I have 2 refills-will those be honored????

the customer service reps send out COD totals because that's their job...and they're very good at their job, but they don't fill the prescriptions, only send the information to the pharmacy...once it's out of their hands...it's out of their hands...they will continue to do their job until they are told otherwise...

Great to hear you got your meds! From my email I got today from Jody I was informed refills are being honored. PPC has always done right by me and Ive been with them for a long long time. Sometimes problems and delays do arise but they have yet to fail to come through when they say they will.

Now maybe that someone has posted saying they have gotten meds the people spouting all the doom and gloom will subside.
