Being that there is a minimum of 72 hours delay. And your email was 2 days ago, I would give it another day. I am sure they are working on it. But, with the delay, they probably don't want to confirm your order if it's not to be sent to pharm for a few days.
BTW, I don't always get the COD total. Which has never bothered me as I just call Fedex and Ask them after I get tracking.
Also, I would like to say, for anyone who wants to hold their meds at hub and did not use that addy when they sent in their verification. No need to send an email to PPC to try to get them to change the addy, Fedex will do it for you. Wait until they have the pkg and then call them to send a message to your local station to hold at hub.
It is easy to do and it doesn't clog their email box.
Hey since I am due on a Fri, do you guys think I should request Sat delivery...Just kidding...LOL I wanted to make some of you laugh!! I think we need a lil laughter!!
Personally I think everyone is looking at about 5days. 72 hours to be filled and 48 to ship. Perhaps longer. If they can get it done faster, FANTASTIC. But at least you sort of have a heads up.
At least they are filling, when accross these boards it seems like no one is!

FYI---if anyone lives in the Charlotte, NC or north part of SC, the Fedex hubs around here do not allow that. The sender would have to put the "hold at hub" and the hub's address on the package initially. Since its medications, the hub here has a rule that they must attempt the first delivery to your address, then if you're not there to receive, they will hold it at the hub if you call to specially request that. Believe me, I have been there, done that. Fedex around here will not budge!

Did you send an email to your Rep, with REFILL in the subject line?
If it said anything other then Refill it may have been deleted as they are inundated with emails that are not correctly titled.
if this is a policy that they want adhered to, they should probably say something or include it on their site... Again, the Subject should be REFILL Not. Refill = last name Not. MY account, Not Refill Due x date, Not Are you honoring refills...etc... JUST: REFILL There really is no point in sending email after email ,as there is no new info to report. There is a delay. I know that nobody wants that, Shite...I don't want that. But, I know that there is nothing anyone can due. The only way to speed the process up, is to really not slow it down. what would you suggest for a matter other than a refill, so as to not have your concern deleted?

Hello-if you read through some of my previous posts, I am the person who used PPC for the first time (consult) on 3/31. Over the next 10 days or so, I sent out 4 emails and called cust svc or my rep about 3-4 times. I never got any replies and was getting EXTREMELY concerned that I had fallen between the cracks...in hindsight, I probably put myself right into a crack by trying to obtain info...anyway...I received two emails on 4/13, one stating that I had never had a consult and the other saying the doctor hadn't sent anything. I called cs immediately and they took my phone number. Within a few minutes a received a vm from Mimi stating that 'it was being sent to the pharm today and here's your cod total'. I thought that meant it would be going out that day, but I was wrong. On Monday at noon (4/20), I sent an email to Mimi (after waiting a full 7 days and not bothering anyone with calls or emails) and she sent an email back within 30 minutes stating 'you're shipping today'. The next morning,(Tues-yesterday) because I hadn't gotten any tracking info, I sent her a very respectful, polite email asking, if by any chance, there was a tracking number. About 2 hours later I got an email from fedex stating that I would was going out today for Wednesday delivery. After 22 days from the time of my consult, I finally received my medication today. Now, my next question: It says on the bottle that I have 2 refills-will those be honored????
