What has been appealing with 21stcentury and MSP is they respond so quickly, I really like that, makes me more likely to deal with them. I asked if they would consider a pain med sampler for a fair price, will let you all know if I hear back

That's how most of these sites start out. I did have to sign. I don't have to usually do this with UPS. There were two drivers today, I always get nervous with changes.

He was all over mails up to 2am last night but he has to sleep and sales could be booming. Figure west coast 3 hours earlier than east, and it seems he answers late at night so you may not hear from him till tonight. the error is "mailbox full" so who knows, a competitor could have send an email bomb to overload his box. My payment mail bounced so he never got my mtcn at this point

I know in my rescue org's mail boxes that are not dumped into outlook we can hold thousands of emails per account. All users also get a warning that the boxes are getting full. It's just laziness on their part for not managing the files and applying filters. That alone would tell me something about a place. Some people though just do not have the patience to delete out the messages or have them dumped into their computers using an email program like outlook.
