They have, or rather HAD, two kinds of services. OTC Canadian meds and Internation meds. They no longer ship International meds, and this is the service that we posters are having problems with. You and your wife must have places CA orders, since they don't so International shipping at this point. No one has posted about problems recently with their CA dept. Hope this explains things.
