If I were to offer advice for newbies it would be to read the boards. Read the "Feedback" and the "Question & Answers" forums and use the search function if you are having trouble finding answers. Reading is the one thing that will inform and educate you helping you to make wiser decisions about whom you choose to do business with.

If you are new, I would stay away from email only sources.

Beware of any offers you receive by private message (PM), trying to sell you something or directing you to an email source. Most likely you and your money will be quickly separated. Instead, Notify DrugBuyers.



Remember that not all posters here have the same motives and that you are on a public message board. Do not give out too much personal information and do not incriminate yourself in your posts. Remember that what you write...

You also need to decide if you want to use an international source or a US OP. OP means online physician/pharmacy. International sources can save you money but you must be willing to deal with the risk of a seizure, where often times, you lose the product and your money. However, different international sources have different policies, some will re-ship. And many have a low seizure rate and top notch products.



As a rule if you need pain medication stronger than codeine, then your best bet are the US OPs.

Usually they require a copy of your medical records.

Recent reports from MRIs, CT scans, Xrays, often suffice. (The OP does not need the films.) The analgesic hydrocodone is generally not available overseas.
