I vary the dose, but if I take it as a maintainance type dose,it's usually around 25mg twice a day. I re-checked my bottle and I was actually taking 50mg(not 25mg). So Joker, what are the benefits as far as you are concerned? I can only speak for myself, but the main action I notice is the anti-oxidant effect(less headaches, clearer thinking, more energy etc.) The other real benefit for myself is the testosterone boosting and estrogen reducing effects. When I'm taking things to help my testosterone,I really notice the resveratrol. When I stop taking the test.boosters, the resveratrol helps level my test.and estrogen back out. I have a friend who is going to start taking it for arthritis and a few other problems.I will let you know what they think. Btw,it appears if taking it by itself,it requires quite a high dose to be beneficial. I take it in a formula with othe bioflavanoids and anti-oxidants which seems to allow for lower dosing.
