Does anyone know any clinics in Northern and Soutern FL that accepts out of state patients, and is it legal, I have been hearing rumors people being pulled over and arrested after leaving the clinics, just rumors you know how they are. Northern Fl perferably.

the same rumors exist where ever there are casinos....about leaving and getting pulled over and the "bond" is whats in your pocket...

nothing illegal about seeing a doctor in another state if you need one.

Theres a long thread somewhere about Fla pain Docs. I know OXY80 gave a few suggestions. Maybe look at his posts & you will find the thread. Florida is a good state to live in if you are a pain patient. There seem to be more Docs there than anywhere & there laws are easier. No PMP program either.
The key is to be a legit pain patient!

it has to be because of the large number of retirees living there. They don't go to Arizona anymore because of the pollution. Fla is the hot retirement spot and the AARP fights hard for the medical rights of retired folks. That is why any hydro/apap drug is still schd-3. The AARP lobbys congress, who is fossilized as well, to make the drug more easily available to persons that are retired and living on a fixed income.

AARP is helping many of you 30 yrs before you could
even join !
