Its amazing how everyone reacts tomedications so differently . Flexeril is the ONLY thing I can take for my back pain and I dont have the vivid dreams. When I first had my accident, the doc gave me Robaxin, and goodness, I had such vivid dreams and one time on a Saturday I got up at 6am (my usual time to go to work/school during the week), got completely ready until my husband woke up and asked what I was doing, it was a Saturday, lol. Then they tried me on Skelaxin, the lowest dose (cant remember what it is) and I had to go to the ER because I walked into a wall, then tripped over the cat and fell flat on my face. Not a pretty site, lol. Blacked my eye and everything. Didnt mean to ramble, but Ive had some weird experiences with those meds and will stick with flexeril. Never tried Soma though.

Mermaid,
When I was out with my back injury earlier this year, they gave me Flexeril, and I remember them giving me the most vivid, weirdest dreams I've ever had in my whole life.
When I was in a car accident a few years back, I remember getting something called Parafon Forte or something like that, and those were probably the best muscle relaxer/pain reliever I've ever had. I'm wondering if they even still make it. I never hear about it here on the boards, so I have to wonder. Hmmm...might be some time to do some research...

I took Parafon Forte many years ago but it didn't help me much.
