Well now you cannot even log into your account on their website. The home page comes up...but when you go to log into your account...nothing! I get the feeling that they blasted an email to everyone telling us they were up and running and that they can use credit cards again so that they can charge everybody one last time for nothing and take what they can get and run...I hope I am wrong....but not looking so good. I have sent 2 emails asking for an update last week and this week and no response..

Well, not sure if you all heard but..they updated their message today to state that they are still up and running and having issues getting the new pharmacy on track.. They are hoping to start shipping possibly as soon as tomorrow (we'll see). They also state that if anyone wants a refund to send them an email with "refund" in the subject line...So we will see what happens..there is a glimmer of hope yet.

Just wanted to send a message to let everyone know that we will back to operating normally today. The website was down while we were making changes for the new pharmacy we're working with, as well as installing security updates. We will focus today on getting out people's scripts that had been waiting, and tomarrow you can call for new consults or your refills. Thanks to everyone for your patience during this transition.

hi i also placed an order over 2 weeks ago and kept hearing that they would be up and running with in a week so i waited and waited and still havent heard back but they did manage to take $55 out of my account for a "processing Fee" i havent even heard from them so i am not sure what to do i have emailed them cuz there phones are working..

anyhoe had a positive experince with them lately?

Has anyone else had their entire order history from their pending refill completely disappear from the website? I have had a pending refill in since 11/10/08 and I logged into the site today and the entire order and refill information is MISSING!! Please let me know if anyone else has this issue..thanks

hello i got an email yesterday saying this:

"the new pharmacy is still catching up on refills from the previous pharmacy. we will be sending your refill to them tomorrow. your prescription should ship tomorrow for delivery the folowing day. all pertinent information should be on the site late in the day your prescription ships." Aps

so i was feeling good about it until i got on the website today and foudn my entire account history had been cancelled. what has happend to toher people that htis happened to? i have to history of refills or pending refills
any suggestions? thanks

I understand they changed pharmacys again. Are they still shiping compounds and if so how is the quality? The ones from TCC where ok but I would still rather have regular hydro if possible. Any feedback would be great as I am up for a reconsult. Thanks

Hi so i wrote them again and they said that they had to erase all the old refills but i will still get them but they are just going to a new pharmacy i just dont know which one. SO they said it was sento ut yesterday with delivery today and i never received a tracking # etc and the package never showed. i dont even know if its COD or CC. so as long as it sends out today then i am happy but i still do not know wether they will stil be compounds. I personally liked the coumpouds and foudn they worked well but i got the 12/200 so who knows
I will keep you all in the loop. if anyone know what ZIP code the pharmacy is in can you let me know since this is the only way DHL will tell me if a package has been send out with out a tracking #

most of these places are not able to anymore, they are all trying to figure out how to offer a face to face, for people in fla, it wont be much of an issue, because most of these sites have a doctor in fla, from what i have been told they will have to do one face to face a year then you can reconcult every three months throught the site, but have to have at least one face to face per year....if you not then you will be goingt blatenly illeagal way. like a lot of people are having to

I just requested a refill...just to see what would happen. When I did so, it said that it was being sent to TCC pharmacy, which is obviously wrong. I tried calling numerous times, but there was no answer at the number posted. I also tried e-mailing but never received a response.

I was told that to process the order I would first receive an e-mail from Google Checkout and that once I paid the $55 fee the refill would be processed. It's been almost an hour and still nothing. I'm so confused. Can anyone help?

what ended up happening with your refill? did google charge you? Have you heard from aps at all? Did they say if they got a new pharm or how long it would be for you to get your refill?

Well, I never received an "update" e-mail saying anything about Google Checkout. I even checked my spam. I have Gmail, but I don't know how to check to see if I was charged. No one has responded to any of my e-mails and there is still no one picking up the phone. It's so weird!
When I looked at the updated information about APS, it says it was updated November 7th and seems to have new info on it. Has anyone else heard anything? I'm not sure what to think!

i wouldnt hold your breath,after the new law blah blah blag...seriously any of the smie lega companies are not going to send anything not even direct script. now. just to cover myself i will say i do not know for a fact. but i would bet my house on it. if its a company the required records from you, and had to jump through a few hoops in the first place, then they are trying to do everything legit, and right now would be a bad time for them to start off on the wrong foot. i doubt any of these companies like apain, aaapain absolute, directscript etc etc. are going to do anything stupid right now, they want to stay in bussiness. they are trying to figure out how to do that now. most of the doctors that work for theses sites are in fla, i say most but i think dr garcia is the one that works for all of them. not trying to discourage just trying to help people not get thier hopes up. if you live in fla should be good to go for you

Good news! I just received an e-mail from APS saying that refills are shipping on time. They are still using compounds and supposedly all information will be updated in your profile the day it ships out.

I'll keep you updated. I put in the request two days ago...so we shall see!

I wonder what the compounds are like. I don't understand them really...strength wise and how they are different. Could anyone explain? Do they work?

they do work ok in my opion they are a little weaker but from what i hear it because they are powder in a capsule so the breakdown faster. i would get them if i had no other choice

Kerri, did they charge you the $55.00 that one day? How did that work out? What is currently happening with your script, or do you even know?
