I'm recovering from an unhealthy lifestyle and surgery (two years ago). I don't want to do steroids because of the side affect. However, HGH sounds great. Will it still work on someone in their twentites, and should you decrease the dosage since you boddy naturally produces it still at this age?
Exactly how old are you? Also have you had your blood work done so you can know your testosterone level and your free testosterone level in your body.
it might be that yu need testosterone replacement therapy /TRT or hormone replacement therapy/HRT. which would include HGH along with testosterone replacement.
I wouldn't do teste unless you were at the LOW end of the spectrum but depending on your blood work it might benifit you greatly by checking it out.

isnt this question directed at hgh not test? i would think being in the twenties is way to young. you can work out hard and burn much more fat at this age than someone in their 50's. so no i dont think you should take hgh, especially given the price which is about 100 bucks a treatment, and you get 5 shots over a few weeks period. so your looking at 500 bucks probably more depending on your source.
