Yes, they ship to NC, and have for a few years. Usually arrives within two days. Your prescription may be filled by a different pharmacy from one month to the next, so that's why they use the standard FedEx envelopes instead of custom packages. I always have to sign for it, which is fine with me. Because of the horror stories I've heard about "under the counter" services, I look up every pill I get by description, so I know if I've gotten what I've ordered. Of the dozens of transactions I've had with them, I've only gotten the wrong drug once. The label listed one drug, but the bottle contained another; this was the pharmacist's fault, not OPS. I use this site because they don't require a prescription from a doctor. My drug is fluoxetine, which is not addictive, and my previous psychiatrist shut down his practice because he wasn't making money (thanks to Medicare/Medicaid). This is a prescription I've been using for years, and I was tired of having to go to a doctor to get a permission slip. I do have a few complaints: 1. I get an automated refill message from them almost daily, but it's for the wrong prescription, and they don't give you a way to correct the form. 2. I just tried to fill out their "contact us" form then submit it, and it wasn't accepted. (This may be because it contains some funky code, or is incompatible with Safari on a Mac.) For those reasons, I wouldn't give them 5 Stars--maybe 3 or 4.

1. I get an automated refill message from them almost daily, but it's for the wrong prescription, and they don't give you a way to correct the form. Welcome! I ordered the same med for my wife. She spilled the entire bottle her Doctor gave her and unlike me, wasn't about to gather them up from the floor. So her husband knew what to do -- probably could have called the Doctor considering my wife is a total innocent, but she had already had to ask for a duplicate Rx for a Lunesta Rx she had lost once before. How many times can you tell the same Doctor you lost your Rx? I maintain once personally Don't use the automated refill forms. Go to the site itself (don't forget the DB discount). They told me once they have 2200 affiliate sites competing with each other. Sometimes resentful, less successful put affiliates stealware code in those emails. Normally, they're just trying to steal the commissions from their smarter competitors who established themselves here. There was one rogue affiliate sending a 2nd order in our name at one point. Folks made a lot of noise and I believe they are gone now. Nothing like getting 2 rattling packages from Fedex at the same time! It was a headache med that might have been re-ordered throgh an email link. Don't let that scare you off from ordering though. The parent company has some scruples. It's hard to control the activities of 2200 affiliates, many based off-shore (even though all orders go through the parent company and are filled by US Pharmacies). Just observe the generally accepted wise advice one uses with bank and paypal emails. Don't click an embedded email link. Always type te site name in the browser address bar! 2. I just tried to fill out their "contact us" form then submit it, and it wasn't accepted. (This may be because it contains some funky code, or is incompatible with Safari on a Mac.)
You can call them, may work better, no browser issues anyway that way Will it help, I don't know. I would gather for their cheap prices, they "make up" for it by selling your name to all the Rolex replica sellers who will pay a few cents. Best bet with them is to open a Yahoo/Hotmail type account just to order through them from -- then you can ignore the spam. Worst thing: Use your primary email address! patient2all

I like to click on their refill reminders because it saves all of my information. I don't have to retype in all the problems I have, when my physicals were, what the results were, what my family history is, etc. etc. It's pretty easy, if you read the emails, to figure out which one is not OPS. The worst that has happened to some people is that they receive two packages on the same day of the same item. I figure that's a good thing!
But that's just me, and I know that many people won't click on the links and that's fine. I just don't like starting over everytime I order.
As for flexeril? Have you taken it before? It stays with you for a long time, so even if you take it at bedtime, you'll be sluggish for a good part of the next morning. My PCP gave me a prescription of it years ago and I flushed it down the toilet after about 3 days. I couldn't stand feeling like I was going to go to sleep several hours after getting up.
My PM clinic threw that stuff at me like it's candy. It doesn't help with the spasms I have, doesn't help me get a good night's sleep and just causes me to be a lump all morning.
Everyone's body is different and they might not affect you that way. That's just what happened with me.
For me, the best way to get a decent night's sleep is to take 200mgs of Lyrica. I don't take it at all during the day, but taking 2 pills at night before bed usually means I'll sleep through the night. I still have plenty of Lyrica and flexeril from my old clinic, since they wanted me to take it all day long and I didn't because it made me a couch potato. I take Doan's PM with the Lyrica and I'm out in about an hour and sleep until 4:00 or 5:00 am the next morning (which is my usual schedule anyway).

Placed new order this afternoon and will post results soon. We'll see if it comes in 48 hours as it should. I ordered around 12 Noon, Sunday, used Visa, etc. When checking order status, it's already there and says "P" is the status. Don't know how accurate the codes are. Will post when it arrives.
Rags Update: This morning I check it and it was approved and has a tracking number at 8:00 AM. That's the fastest I've seen anyone do business in a long time. I'm very impressed. Didn't expect that after a weekend. As for filling out their form, it's not that involved. It's the standard NROP form they all had years ago and some still do. Most answers are pre-marked for you anyway, so you can't screw it up. They don't need to know the dates of anything, they are just asking if you did it to cover their butt. As they should. Yeah, I've gotten use to ignoring any e-mails from online pharmacies, except the other one I've dealt with that I know is legit. Other than that, I don't open them anymore. Thanks for the warning. I'll post when it arrives tomorrow. I'm off all day, so I can be here anyway. I ordered only Soma, Watson brand. Rags
