I would like to say "thumbs up" to YOD. I am new to OP's and tried to do some research on the many sites out there before choosing one. I read good things about YOD on this forum and I liked the fact that they didn't require a physical exam, as I already have plenty of documentation about my conditions. I faxed the required information to YOD on a Thursday and received an e-mail that night with an appointment for a phone consult the next night. The phone consult was conducted by a really nice physician assistant and I was given a prescription. Because it was a Friday night, my order couldn't go to the pharmacy until Monday, but I received my meds on Tuesday via UPS. I was very pleased with every aspect of my experience with YOD and would highly recommend them.

EXCELLENT customer service and the BEST PRICES OUT THERE when you focus on the total picture. With woody's you get the cheapest prices on meds available (88 dollars for 120), and with the VIP discount it was 85 dollars for the consult.

Now that is a GREAT DEAL.

YOD is definitely one if not the BEST out there.

I am reminded again how good they are as I am trying to sign up my roommate with NWW. What a frustrating experience!

She would go with YOD if it wasnt so confusing with two people from the same household and our printer finally died so it is impossible to print out YOD extensive papers needed for first time consult!

Follow up feedback... Woody's is still tops. I was a little hesitant to use Woody's after the problems in Jan. but, they came through with meds in hand the next day....Poco

I just started with YOD and Woody's, everything went smooth and the Dr said she would prescribe norco 10, when I got my package from Woody's it was lortab 10/500. Not a big deal they both work fine, but it scared me when I seen big blue pills instead of the smaller yellow ones I was expecting when I opened the bottle.

If you were sent the wrong medication, then it is abig deal to us and we want you to get the correct medication for your refills.

Please e-mail me and refernce your issue, with your name and the wrong medication name, and what you were supposed to receive. Please alss if possible include which pharmacy that your RX went to.

I just started with YourOnlineDoctor.

I had a consult last Thursday at 1:00pm and asked for 2 day delivery, which meant Monday delivery. Today, is Monday and the medications were delivered. VERY VERY GOOD!!!

The consult was $90 and the two different medications were around $134.00 with 3 refills.

I choose Woody's Pharmacy and they said, when I called, that the name brand of the generic was Watson, and that is what they are. ALL tabs accounted for.

I thought I was getting 120 tabs for the 2 medications, yet called YOD, and they said that 1 of the medications they can only prescribe 90 tabs for. Nonetheless, Very Happy with them.

Overall, a Very High Score for YourOnlineDoctor and for Woody's Pharmacy.

PS: On April 9th I ruptured my L4-L5 vertebral disc and also, a tear/fissure on the ligament on the L1-L2 vertebra. That was in addition, to the chronic back pain that I have been experiencing for years.

The ruptured disc (herniated) disc caused Extreme (Severe) Pain!!! No fun whatsoever. It is one of the worst pains Ever!

Snickers, which one would they only do 90 for? and did you use the VIP discount to get the consult price down? You can pm me if you want to keep what you got off the board if that makes you more comfortable. Take care and glad you got some meds.

I followed instructions to a "T" and only one of my two med were shipped...on a Saturday I might add. I called on Friday and asked to fill both prescriptions and got one. Excrutiationing pain for the rest of the weekend and then some I sure....thanks Woody!

I'm pretty upset to say the least. I fax my medical records including their huge amount of paperwork. I even gave them my credit card number. They emailed me back saying they didn't have my credit card number, so I scanned in a pic of my credit card and emailed it to them with all of the credit info. I asked when my consultation was I never recieved a reply. I go to check my bank balance and they took $120 out of my account, with no consultation ever given. Not even an appointment. I emailed them back and all I got was this...

WTF? Then what's the deal, am I even getting a consult? It's now day to and I've made no progress with this company.

Hi does anyone know if there is some type of process you need to do to get a same day consult. I read that they offer them, and I requested one but I have not heard anything. I thought maybe I am suppose to call and see if it is possible for me to get one today. Thank you

I can tell you from personal experience that YOD will do what it takes to accomodate their patients. It does say on their voice message that they're not doing same day's as a result of the high volume of requests, but I also know they go above and beyond to help. Yea YOD!!!

Oh that probably explains it. I did not read anything on the web site that said that they were not doing same day consults, I must have missed it. Do they usually schedule for the following day or is there a long wait for a consult now?

If they are so great why won't they respond to my emails, give me a consult time, charge me $120 bucks, them refund it. I'm sitting by the phone waiting patiently. It's been 24 hours without a responce now, can anybody recommened another decet OP that takes records besides NWW or YOD. I wanted to go with YOD because they give 3 refills instead of 2 like NWW. I'm out of meds and I feel like I want to die right now.

Hi, I had my 4th consult, and I recieved promt response and no problems. The Dr. was extremely thorough, and even helped me to switch to a medication that was more suited to my needs. Thank you Kathy, Libby, and Dr. for oyur service.

~~Maybe your records were not qualified for their requirements. In light of all the events lately, they no doubt have to be more thorough. E-mail them and ask for ruture knowledge. Just like any Dr., not everyone is going to get the same treatment plan.

Well I got everything cleared up. What happened is Kathy was on vacation, and Lilly is the only one there, and due to all the dea busts, they have 3 times as many orders. She said Woody's is so flooded that they aren't getting their orders out on time, so I went with BiWise. They only charged me 4% overnight shipping too.! yea boyee.

I had a feeling that if you just sat tight and held on to some patience (which is impossible for me sometimes) they would come through for you. I know for a fact they're working their buns off over there and trying to accomodate everyone.

Also, I didn't see it on their website that they weren't doing same day consults, it's on their voice mail when you call.

Well I got my meds this morning, 120 watson's all accounted for, fedex overnight for $5 bucks, with 3 refills.Excellent customer service, very thorough and compassionate consult yesterday, and BiWise actually shipped them in a fedex envelope, than placed the envelope in a fedex box! I must say I felt like a real jerk complaining about YOD, but I didn't understand how backed up they were. from start to finish the process took 2.5 days. Thank you YOD! I really needed the meds, we had a huge storm here in TN testerday and I have alot of tree cutting and yard work to do, and if I didn't have my meds, I don't think I would be able to perform. All I can say is YOD is one of the greats.

This has been the best run OP I've encountered. I have had some really bad experiences from places long gone, but I have to say, this place is well put together.

Also emailed two questions and got a response from Libby with in an hour. I'm impressed, and providing the pharmacy stays open, I've found my new home.

I just had a repeat consult with YOD last week. I think it was at least #5 or #6...and they are WONDERFUL!!!!

I faxed my repeat consult pages in Wednesday nite around 10 pm and wrote a little note on it saying I would be home all day Thursday and a Thursday consult would be perfect. Well, I received an email back about 45 minutes later with a consult early in the day on Thursday. How great is that?

I called at precisely the time of my consult and a very sweet lady answered the phone, did my consult, asked very thorough questions and renewed the same medications I have been getting for over a year, with 3 refills. The consult lasted about five minutes and the lady with so so nice!!!

I use Woody Pharmacy and receive #120 hydro for $96.58 and #60 Xanax 0.5 mg for $44.68. These prices have gone up this past month as they used to be $80 and $40, respectively. However, my meds were shipped out overnite on Thursday still and received Friday.
