They are still delivering, whether your order has been approved or denied (or both). I received my order via dhl the same day I got the tracking number.

How long did it take after you were approved?

Not including the weekends, it took about 5 days.

What I like about frontier is they send your medication in a prescription bottle with cotton on the top inside, and they include a patient monograph for the drug. Just like a real pharmacy! ;\)

I even got 2 refills.

CatLover, I don't know about refill costs as this was my first order with them. I guess I'll try to refill the prescription in about month.

The only reason I ask is because i'm wondering if there is even a point why they offer refills, if it's not cheaper then it would be exactly like just placing a new order with them every month, actually they only offer 30 count, so i'm guessing you would be able to process your refills like every 8-10 days. Just thinking out loud. I like the fact that they are COD, but their prices seem just as high as FF, but from feedback it looks like they take longer to ship...that's why i asked about $$$ with the refills...see if it seems cheaper in the long run

I ordered on Monday and now have a tracking number. Fast!

I posted a question about it in the "Shipping and Payment" area if anyone would like to take a peek and lend a hand. \:D

By the way, Thanks for your help, Crazin. I appreciate it

Well all my posts to this new thread are gone. I hit the "Notify" button and asked if a mod/admin could let us know why the other thread was deleted and no answer and they deleted my previous posts on THIS thread.

I wonder why there is a conspiracy it seems to hide the old thread? Have we done anything wrong, I just have never seen a whole thread deleted like that. Maybe they could be doing it to protect us. Like divulging "doctors names" parts. Any other ideas? People can pm me for info, but now I am kind of spooked after that experience!

I did a google search of Frontier and found a lot of people calling scam on them... Maybe it's changed around? They claim to be under new management.

I'm going to put in an order for 1 item and only use the COD.
If it doesn't arrive at my door and I can't open it to see meds are in there, I don't hand over the money order!

I'll report back about my experience on here.

Thanks to everybody for your help on here.

But an answer would have been nice, especially when all of your posts get deleted when you ask for an answer.

No worries about that stuff you read when doing a search. That also had to do with the company they were filling scripts for, not the pharmacy.

I'm just glad I'm in their system so hopefully when it's time to refill a prescription the process will go a lot smoother. Their communication via email is pretty poor.

Hey, it's been 6 days since I filled out their order form and still haven't heard back on anything. I guess their phone number will be working on Monday so I could call and find out the status. But I'd prefer if they would just accept, reject or BOTH for my order. I did an e-check but don't know what to do now. (I also can't access my checking account over the net because there's a problem with their server.)

Anyway, since the old Frontier thread is gone (maybe b/c of too much info), would someone PM me and let me know of their experiences or maybe what to anticipate or expect??

Thank you and I'll post as soon as I hear anything.

TB

Has anyone ever had a refill actuallly filled from Frontier? I seem to rememeber reading -- maybe in the deleted thread -- that it was a lot more for a refill than for the first script???? I know that sounds weird but that's what I recall. Anyone out there actually have an experience to relate?

Thanks in advance.

I also wonder if it's possible to transfer a prescriptions with refills from them to a local pharmacy, thus paying considerably less for the medicine.

The prices had gone up since the original script and refill for some, but their refills was the price that is on the web now.

Nope, that doesn't work. The name of the doc they put on the script (at least in my case) was one of their docs.

Also even if it were possible to transfer a script like this, it is not something I think is wise to do. There is no reason whatsoever to bring attention to one of these places. There are very, very few left these days and trying to transfer a script to a local pharmacy could likely bring unwanted attention to a place like Frontier.

Thanks, Stacy, for the info. I agree with you, no need to bring unwanted attention to frontier.

I'm not sure about frontier in particular, but generally you can refill when 75% of the medication has been taken according to the written prescription.

I put in my order for 1 item back on Friday 8/8/08. I called their # listed during this week and somebody answered the phone and said my order hadn't even entered the system yet?!

It looks like things are just pretty slow with them? Maybe a refill would go faster since a person is already in their system and everything is already taken care of...

I just wonder who much longer until I hear something?
