I have tried a few times. I was one of his first customers and I helped him out with a moneybookers problem....... but he does not answer my e-mails anymore.

Really? When I try to link to it, or type it into my browser, I get a 'no such site found'message. I hope you are right. Wholesale is/was very fast shipping. A little too expensive for my small, fixed income, but good when I can afford to purchase. I found both the Roche Val. and the 1mg purple Alpraz. of very decent quality. I really wanted to try the big, yellow ativan...but it is never in stock.

Thank you for the link. Everytime I tried, I got the page from my ISP that no such site existed, and different suggestions to other sites with similar names. I have seen rxvogue.com posted about as a good one for Valium. I have not tried them yet myself, but trust the person who posted the good info on them.

If he isn't re opening, I really wish he would let someone know so we can order from another place. Especially because every other IOP's take 3X longer for me to receive.

I seem to remember getting a heads up about a month ago that there were going to be site changes and a temporary site outage. Yesterday AM there was a page, only saying "closed for the day, be back soon;" today it's just down.

I wouldn't worry. I'm a huge fan of him and have had nothing but great experiences.

So much for opening on Friday, this sucks - This website was the best IOP by far. Cheep meds, free post, fast delivery, fast replies to emails and always very reliable. I allways got my stuff within 2 days of ordering.

50 x Roche V's was around Ģ50 acording to the conversion rate at the time. Now the cheapest I can find is Ģ50 for 30 Vs pluss delivery and a 2 week waiting time atleast.

Typical the hardest time of my life ever when I could use a 'helping hand' and its 'no can do'.

RochePlease mentioned having plans to place an order today.
That would be the first admission of seeing if WP is still functioning under the same parameters as they did before the shutdown.
Nobody in the US will know the status of WP's functionality in the US for at least (5) days, based upon previous best shipping times previous to the "closed" status posted last week.
Regardless, I don't know where RochePlease is located (i.e. US or UK).
We'll just have to wait and see.
Don't forget holiday shipping time delays also.

WP should be rated 5 Stars based of their previous service, they were fast to reply to emails and to send out deliveries
but since they have closed and reopened I'm a bit worried to order with them, you never know whats happnd like have they changed hands, are the meds weaker now, who knows.

At the moment they only have generic Diazepam, which I have bought in the past, but I found it very weak indeed. It was Diazepam but no stronger than about 2mgs Id have thought and I cant pay $115 on that. The Roche ones are the ones I really want.

Any news on their service and strenghth of their generics Vs since reopening would be appreciated.

As far as I know they didn't change hands. I ordered right before the shut down and recieved in 11 days which is on the long side but as others have said it's the holiday season.

He just shipped me an order today. I am in E Canada. It usually takes 5-9 days (usually 6). So I'll let you all know how it goes. I haven't had a problem yet.... so fingers crossed.

Got my order today! Sent on the 3rd received today the 8th.
I still can't believe the speed of delivery. I have domestic mail take longer in Canada. Glad I ordered when I did as he is down for the holidays.

Just wanted to post and get this off my chest because it seems unusual for Dan considering my experience and everything I have read here.

About a little over a moth ago I placed two orders with Dan based on everything you guy's have beeen saying about his service. All went well except that on the shipping end I chose best way. We'll had not read enough but based on posts I felt it would be better not to have to sign for a package. So I contacted Dan and before the order shipped I asked him to change to the regular shipping. He said no problem and set it up to ship that way.

Only problem I had already paid him an additional 52.00 for the shipping fees. At the time it was more important to get the order in.

First of all the order went just as everyone had posted here. received in 6 days. Well some time had passed and I emailed Dan regarding the 52.00. He said he had 20 blistered meds of a differrent type that he has never had in stock, and he would send me to even the credit. Seemed kind of short to me but I agreed to it.

Never reveived an email that the order had been shipped and weeks had gone by without hearing anything. Emailed him regarding this and he said he had sent the order quite a while ago and seemed concerned that I had not received it.By the way no LL. I also mentioned my concerns, because by now I was ready to place an order.

I placed an order close to 10 days ago and heard nothing. I was hoping on this current order he would accept the 52.00 credit.I have emailed him and heard nothing.

My point is , and as you can see I have been a DB member for almost eight years, people are not always as they seem . Everyone here tells of how great a guy he is and in truth the only product he sells is a bargain basement weak genenric Diazepam. True I did buy. And he offers to even a 52.00 credit with a med he has never had in stock since I have belonged to his site. I question that.

Is he a Gentleman, that will remain to be seen. He has had 52.00 of my money for over 2 months. THAT IS NOT SMALL POTATOES. I have seen the glowing reviews on a person who acts in such a way, as I said before his only redeeming value to date is quick shipping. My hope is that when he returns from his Holiday he resolves this issue. 52.00

Hey, I am not going to judge someone I never met. But I will make assumptions about a persons character based on their actions. And his have been suspect to say the least.

I will keep you posted on the outcome of this issue. A lot of you here admire him. And believe me I am not trashing him. I would just like him to acknowledge and resolve the dispute. I also run a Business, so I know how it works. Thank you all for your time and consideration.

Thanks phog, My dispatch was the 3rd and nothing in the mail as of today. My previous orders were all received within a week of dispatch. I know people are saying its the holidays wtf do you expect?? But, being out of meds makes me a bit more anxious. Hopefully it will be here monday.

I did my research and placed a backup (and first)order with another site around the same time as WP; But does anyone know of another reliable source with a bit of speed in delivery(outside of the ones everyone talks about)?

I think he will be back when he gets stock but doubt he will geet stock until a few weeks into the new year. Its not worth him risking large deliveries with the current postal system during the holiday season.

Remember, his med's are not coming from the UK so he is sourcing his meds from oversea's unlike other IOP's that source their meds from their own country.

Always had good experiences with this site, am 100% with them. They will be back in the new year IMO when he has got sorted by his supplier.

I think he and many other pharmacies
(total speculation here) maintain a list
of customer profiles.
One category might be "Polite,easy to work with"
another might be "Hot Potato..always complains."
So regardless of the issue or whether you lost money
or didn't receive, whenever he receives an order,email,contact
etc.. He/They go right to that list and treat you accordingly.
Just a guess on my part as I said.

Rochelle, In all business there are types of customers. As you say "Polite and easy" or "Hot Potato". I would think it's only human to put people into categories.

You know nothing about the situation but what you have read written by me. So I think it is fair to say that you have put me into a category. You really have no basis to remark, just speculate.

Truth is, Jim has been nothing but a gentleman. I mentioned this issue on these boards because I felt it was the only way to resolve the dispute. But to think that index cards are kept on individual personalities is a bit much. They may keep cards and profiles on individuals, but I'm sure it's to keep selling product.

The purpose of the post was to vent what I felt was a wrong. I appreciate your feedback. But unless someone has a constructive resolution to this problem, I would hope that they would stay clear of it.

Also, for the record this is a Business dispute not a personality disorder.
