Hi, haven't been around for awhile, no news is good news!!

Just want to say that my last refill was timely, that is, it came about a week after I ordered it, which is just what I expected. comes a nice package, which doesn't rattle. and is my favorite brand! I am very pleased!

Hate to be one that complains & doesnt return with a update. Placed my order on 2/1 & filled on 2/12. Not a quick turn around but I knew that when I signed up. I just need to plan & make my meds last for a long turn around refill.

Hi Swilly -- did you get your meds? I too had a re-consult on 2/11, but as of today (2/21 at 6:00 pm EST) still nothing! Now I'm worried (though I did get a "receipt" for the consult). Any info would reassure me.

Cheers!

As for me, I requested a refill on 2/18/08, and I just found out it was shipped on 2/29/08, Friday. I requested 2 day air, so it should be here on Tuesday I think. So just be prepared. That's one day over 2 weeks. Thanks to Swilly's warning, I waited no longer when I found out what his wait time had been.

This is funny - I did that live chat thing, and the woman said my order would ship on Friday or Monday. I wrote, oh, it seems to take longer than it used to. And she wrote, No, not really, it's just that the pharmacy requests a minimum of five days to fill it, and I wrote, well, it's been longer than five days, and she re-quoted, "A MINIMUM of five days" HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
This tells one nothing!
It could be a MAXIMUM of anything! that's what I wrote.

So, what she should have responded to my comment that it seems to be longer than it used to be: "YES, it IS longer than it used to be."
What's wrong with the simple truth???
HAHAHAHAH!!!!

But...don't use them?? (sez Cesar321)

No, I still like them. I am so glad to have found them, in fact. So far they are reliable and dependable, you just have to be prepared to wait. You can depend on having to wait! LOL!!

Well, I guess don't use them if you can't wait...

I had my initial consult on 2/14 and received my package on 2/28. So if that's any indication of what you're looking at in waiting time, there ya go - 2 weeks! Also, since it took so long for the first shipment, I'm due to request my refills pretty soon. (Do they go by the date of consultation or the date of the shipment) I'm curious to find out what kind of turnaround to expect. I'll definitely let you all know!

Ordered refill 2/19 and still waiting. Finally spoke to someone in CS and they informed me that is may go out Thursday! I have HAD IT!!! I have been given 4 different dates from CS.

NO MORE!! On top of the delays they have the nerve to charge $155 for a consult? Gee, gives me the warm and fuzzies about using them. I have used them for 3 years. Not anymore. Beware of the LIES!

my friend actually uses them and she put her refill in on the 20th and it shipped on the 29th...so that was a total of 9 days..so that's not too bad considering other OCS's...and you are eligible to put refill in 23 days from your last fill...

Mines was shipped 9 days later as well. As i've been told many times by them you can place your refill 23 days from the date your last order shipped but it will not ship out until the 25th day from the date your last order shipped. I always get that confused.

Don't forget the face to face docs! They are giving the scripts to the pts! They just got a doc in Ky so once he/she is up and running im going there to have to worry about waiting for the pharm, at least thats what i think is going to happen.

i agree w/above posted>i've had it with SWMG>> still itting with no meds>no tracking after 10 days>>

you can't get a new consult until 23 days from refill>then doc doesn't have open day for appt until 5 days later>and now 10 days after consult still no meds shipped>WTH and yes pay out the nose $$$ 155 for consult then over $100 for 90 hydro 10/325 ++ shipping>which doesn't matter if you pay whoppiing $30 for overnite cos you're lucky to get whenever/

shoddy service to say the least> and CS basically says its a pharmacy problem nothing to do with SWMG. I now have to get to a doc in the box quik_cos the pain has messed with my work schedule. seriously rethinking this lot> not recommended at this time IMO

...Um, NO, they are NOT giving paper scripts w/F2F. That is another LIE SWMG will tell you. IMHO, they just tell you what you want to hear, not what is actually happening. Not rec by me either at this time. 2 thumbs down

Well I use SWMG and has a face to face in December and was given a paper script. Took it to CVS and used my insurance, paid my $10 Co pay and got a $25 giftcard for a new prescription from CVS. How do you know they don't give paper scripts? Not accusing you just wondering. Again I did.

I had F2F w/Dr F***** in SFV. And still had script mailed from back east. NO paper script. NOBODY at SWMG ever gave or will give you a straight answer, and if you dont mind waiting 2+ weeks for refill, go for it!

I saw the same dr is SFV, I was given a paper script from the dr and had 2 refills on it due for my new consult next week and was told no paper have to go through their pharmacy on this consult which sucks.

My last refill took about 2 weeks (14 days) Refill before that was 'only' 10 days. Another thing I dont understand, The KNOW they are running behind, so why couldnt we request refill accordingly, but they actually fill it when due, so its not technically filled early, just requested early, and while order sits doing nothing for 2 weeks, when they finally get around to shipping it, it would be on time. I dont get it.

So if my eligible ship date was 3/8 - did you count the 14 days of all days or just business days. I have emailed and they told me a minimum of 7 business days. Just wanted to know if it will be two weeks from Mar 8th. Geez. I do like your idea but I doubt it will work for SW. I am still hanging in there.

I dont think they can legally start "processing" scripts until they are past the 23 day waiting period.

My only question is why not take your first fill to you local pharmacy and transfer the rx to CVS or something. In theory this should be OK right? has anyone tried?

As for myself, I am looking at it this way. I have been perscribed 30 days worth of medicine that i can refill 23 days later at the earliest. If i just take it the way they give it to me, that gives me 7 days after requesting on the 23rd day. If they are 14 days behind, then thats 7 more i have to wait past the amount in the bottle. So...

Why not ship a 37 day supply or accordingly, so that when I get my rx i have enough to last me until they can get it out. Then after 23 days i request a refill, then 14 days later it goes out.

I think they are one of the few online places still shipping meds and everyone jumped ship from the places who changed to direct scripts.

Just thinking out loud here

i am not even a patient anymore anyway, i gave up on the whole online thing for now.

I have no complaints. This was a swift and easy experience for me. First contact 3/28 to delivery 4/9. Took much research, but this one is good for me, and I hope it lasts.
