I ordered Tramadol from medsmex.com twice and both times i recieved my Tramadol about 13 days later. this was 3 and 5 months ago. the Tramadol is Trexol brand, a mexican brand that is registired with the Mexican 'FDA'. Trexol brand is as good as any other brand, including Ultram brand.

Note: i came to this catagory looking for clickdrugstore thread because i got Tramadol from them today, but when i saw medsmex i thought id post my past 2 experiences, i will go post on clickdrugstore thread now.

I've ordered about 10 times and every time I get it fast and easy. Never had any problems. Good prices.

Anyone have recent experience with these guys? I'm looking for renova and they have just about the best price I've seen. Would appreciate response from someone who has ordered and rec'd within the last few weeks. Thanks.

I ordered Meridia (Reductil)about 2 months ago. The prescription arrived exactly as ordered, in the manufacturer's sealed packaging. However, it took about 3 weeks for them to send it out, and 2 more weeks to get here (for a total of about 5 weeks from the date I ordered it). I never received an e-mail saying that it would be delayed. I will definitely order from them again, but will allow 6 weeks lead time.

I ordered Relafen from MedsMex and got a real good price and recived my order in about four weeks. They were very courteous and notified me via email when they shipped. I will do more business with them in the future.

I ordered on 5/7/05. I sent an e-mail yesterday and asked them if I had received my order.

They said it was shipped out 5/16/05.

I ordered 02/24/05 from them and received an auto order confirmation email. I didn't receive shipment confirmation until 03/09/05 - (kind of a long turnaround time in my opinion). Now its 03/28/05 and still no package. I emailed them a few days ago and they haven't responded back yet. I'm getting a little annoyed. I live in florida, I could have walked it here faster. I'll have to let you know if I actually receive anything.

Just an update. These guys never responded to any of my emails and I never received my package. I've filed for a chargeback on my credit card. I would avoid them.

I ordered 50mg Ultram (30 count) from them. I got confirmation right away, and was also notified of the order being shipped after a couple of days. I received the shipment exactly two weeks after placing the order. I definitely recommend this place.

I have used them for several years for Synthroid. Never had any problems, except delivery can be a little slow.

Average shipping time, great packaging, no problems from what I can see. I'd use them for the same med again. Thumbs up in my book.

I used Medsmex to order Modiodal 200mg. The expierence has been wonderful. They were prompt about shipping and very professional. I recieved my order in 14 days from the time it was placed. It was AWESOME!!!!! I just placed another order and will continue to use them in the future.

I would not recommend Medsmex to anyone unless you want

I used them once. Took about three weeks but they came through. I recently e-mailed them for some info. They never responded. I don't think they are dishonest, though. If you paid by credit card...contest the charge.

I used them back in December and recieved my order 14 days later. I placed another order January 4th and still haven't recieved it. I disputed the charge. I won't use them again. Save your money and time. They take forever respond to emails and you can't get through on the phone to them. BEWARE!

I have used MedsMex many times without any problem. I recently used them and received only 1/2 of my order. I have e-mailed, called and faxed them with no response. I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card. I don't know what has happened to them but viewing the other posts, I would say they are no longer dependable.

I purchased Clomid from this company. I used my credit card, and received an email regarding the status, then received my Clomid exactly as promised. Would recommend.

always receive exactly what I request, usually
19 to 21 day turnaround. Last order the quickest
ever, order placed 7/03/06 received 14 days later,
7/17/06. Very Pleased!

I am amazed at these posts stating folks got their meds in 10, 14 days. I only live 250 miles from Mexico and I've never gotten an order in less than 24 days, and it usually takes up to 35! They're the reason I came to this board - to find another pharmacy that doesn't ship via armadillo or whatever they use. Sure enough, I used a pharmacy from India and got my meds in 8 days. They've lost my business.

Just used them for the first time. What struck me most was that they were very professional and did a great job of keeping me updated. Received my product in a timely fashion and was very satisfied with it. Would DEFINITELY use again. The only downfall was a limited selection for some product lines.

Their generic Tramadol ( 50mg Taxidil ) is much stronger to me than any I've tried in the US.

Placed an order today for arthritis med through medsmex. Within an hour I tried to log in to my credit card account used for the purchase and it was under a fraud alert with a dozen charges made today to places like jajah dot com, yahoo voice, and invictus networks, all of which were not authorized by me. I had to file a fraud complaint. I am not accusing medsmex but I do not use this card often, I had not used it in over two months, and the timing is odd enough that I thought I should alert board members (and medsmex management) to this experience.

This may be due to if MedsMex doesn't have a secure ordering site (or if you are using a public computer). This happened to me with CustomHRT - they didn't have a secure ordering site - though they claimed to on their homepage. I used a prepaid visa and was able to get my money back, though it took awhile.

Thanks for the heads up typingmonkey and having the balls to post, this confirms my suspicions. Someone started charging up my card on the first of the month. I deleted my Medmex account and credit card info the previous week (I didn't see an option to just delete the credit card info).

My spider senses picked up on it pretty quickly since I pull my online account on a regular basis. Even though your not responsible for the unauthorized charges, it's an ordeal.

MEDSMEX IS NO LONGER ABLE TO ACCEPT VISA/MC (CREDIT CARDS)
THOUGHT I'd mention this as it's important for me that these pharmacies do, avoiding additional fees such as WU, etc. And inconvenience. This is effective 10/13/08, my order was placed on 11/3/08, and visa is still on their, but once you place the order, even entering your VISA number, you will receive an email stating they cannot accept VISA payments.

When I inquired about it 10/18/08, I was told it was not in stock - this was the first I heard of this - so the entire time I'm patiently waiting. And waiting. sent a USPS Money Order to MedsMex c/o of Today's Business
PMB 330, 4233 SE 182nd Avenue, Gresham, Oregon 97030. I received a E-mail confirmation on July 18, 2001, that "advance notice of delays up to an additional two weeks in shipping of your order from Medicine Mexico" They also offered me the option of "please process my order, or
please cancel and refund my order" For a refund, they ask for my full name & order number. I chose to wait it out instead of canceling the order. I received my 1st order on
August 13, 2001. Quality a "10" by US Patent manufacturer's
Latin American Division, in sealed blister packs, good expiration dates. Thus my "turnaround time was 42 days on my 1st order. I assumed it was for the follow-up that they were running 2 weeks behind due to increased business + the fact that I sent the order "snail mail" by US Postage to the state of Oregon. My 2nd order I switched to the "credit
card option" on January 1, 2002, and I received a e-mail confirmation the next day, January 2, 2002, using my Visa
card for the same medication (Neurontin 300 mg. 2 x 30 tabs)
thus "I doubled my order" from my 1st test order 6 months prior. I have ordered many times since, for 3 or 4 different meds, usually one order at a time, with the delivery time, averaging on most orders from 2002 thru 2007
from 18 to 25 days, all using the credit card option. I always received a confirmation, but the confirmations sometimes ran 7 to 12 days after my credit card online purchase, usually a standard bulk e-mail, explaining that my order had been processed, and/or was being shipped "that week", and explaining the estimated time of arrival in a "range of business days" thus when I added for Sat & Sun
(non-business days), I realized they were a tad slow, with
their only option delivery fee of $10.00 (ten dollars). I
have always received my meds, they have always been "brand name" recognizable USA or USA/Int'l giant pharmaceutical conglomerate meds, always mfg. from their respective Latin American factories, in sealed blister packs, quality a perfect "10". (Perfect/Excellent). The "Express Delivery Option" was a most recent option, showing up in 2008, that I used twice, with usually 7 or 8 day turnaround times, which was worth the added expense when I was running low on my meds. This "new non-credit card rule" is new to me, but I have not placed an order in nearly 80 to 90 days. Did you consider sending the funds "snail mail" to their USA address in Oregon? I assume that option is still available,
I had to print a order blank back in 2001 from their website, then, after filling it out, went to the USA post office, and "made a copy on a Xerox machine for my records"
and of course, kept the receipt of the USPS postal money order with the long serial numbers. The long wait truly was a pain, but I eventually got my meds. My alternate source for another reputable source with a deep inventory of meds, who still take credit cards, is http://www.masters-uk.com However,
beginning, in January of this year, they started requiring a USA prescription to be sent along with all new orders, including repeat customers, like me. I have ordered meds from Masters Marketing for four (4) years, with equal success in "product quality" 100% of the time, just like, my experience with MedsMex, but the new prescription requirement, has been a "added expense & hassle", thus I am
still loyal to MedsMex, (to save money from Doctor Visits).

sorry about your experience with medsmex. i placed an order with them shortly before reading your post so i'm bummed. i have used medsmex several times and had good experiences. 14 days delivery time. good quality meds. the problem with medsmex is they are a gamble. if your order is siezed. lost . stolen etc. they don't replace or refund. they also don't respond to e-mails. and the mexican postal service has a reputation for being quite bad. your order might still arrive late....if you have a prescription you might try mastersmarketing in the uk. i have used them many times until they started requiring a prescription. also, consider inhousepharmacy.com. they are a bit more expensive but they will re-ship if your order doesn't arrive. good luck.

you are correct, no benzodiazapines, no controlled substances from http://www.medsmex.com I have ordered from them since 2001, eight years, and I have never seen any Schedule II, III, IV or Schedule V products. I have dividend my business equally (until last year) between medsmex and another IOP http://www.masters-uk.com also known as
http://www.mastersmarketing.com who also carry mostly multi-national highly recognizable huge conglomerate blister pack pharmaceuticals with expiration dates 2 or 3 years out, also in the original boxes. Masters changed their Rules in January 2008 to requiring a prescription on every medication they sell, thus, I have switched more of my orders to MedsMex now. They are a little more expensive than Masters, but always ship the real thing. Meds Mex is a great source for occasional orders for things like anti-depressants, dermatology creames, mood stablizers, anti-seizure meds, anti-hypertensives, even products for alopecia (finasteride), they may still carry even Viagra, and everything is usually in brand name, usually by the Latin American subsidiary, of a USA or European based pharmaceutical brand name supplier. The only down side is their standard delivery is slow, usually around 25 days. If you are in a hurry, MedPost will cut the mail time in half,
but at a charge of $24.00 US vs. the normal $10.00 US for shipping. They take credit cards, or you can send a money order (snail mail) to a US address in Oregon. I tried that once, it worked, but allow more time for the processing, as the product ships from the Yucatan Peninsula.

I Have also ordered from Medsmex for a number or years. 100\100 never had a shipment go missing or seized. They are a bit slow and don't express to Australia but 100% reliable. You can also call them if they don't have something on web site and they will try to get within reason.

I too use them as a backup because of reliableity.

Medsmex is the only IOP that has been consistently rated well over the years. From the first time I ordered from them I got what I want, and in a timely fashion. They don't offer what I need now, but I know I would get my order if they did have what I wanted.
Their prices may seem high, but they aren't. They are slightly under what you would pay for in a pharmacy without insurance. But atleast you know you are going to get the product and not get ripped off.

1st time Buyer insanely paranoid, about getting ripped off.
Even this site I was suspicious of. Turns out this site is wonderful and helpful.

The tracking numbers are painfully slow if not useful to me
For example I received an email for a tracking number, the number wasn't working in USPS database yet. The very next day the meds were in my mailbox. Don't put your hopes , emotions, anxieties into tracking numbers, the technology works too slow when shipping country to country, even ebay has difficulty.

Admittedly the site and results are in Spanish, but even though I don't speak or understand any Spanish, I had little trouble understanding the tracking information provided. It will certainly tell you if the goods have been mailed.

Just remember that in the USA dates are mm/dd/yy, but in most of the rest of the world, it is dd/mm/yy

My own experience is USPS is very bad about tracking anything except Express Mail that originates outside the USA. Often entry to US customs is the only time such items are scanned.

Order from medsmex was processed on Oct 16. Still no shipment out. Will keep updated.

During the past eight (8) years that I have known about this IOP www.medsmex.com I have never seen on their inventory of medications any USA controlled substances, meaning Schedule II, Schedule III, Schedule IV, or Schedule V.
IMHO this is a very unique IOP, similar to www.masters-uk.com
both who offer top of the line ethical pharmaceuticals, many of which are manufactured my multi-national "recognizable" drug mfgs, produced locally, but are meds like anti-hypertensives, anti-depressants, anti-psychotics, erectile dysfunction meds, anti-biotics, dermatology meds, etc. My experience with medsmex is excellent, although I always allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery....they always come thru.
