Tried to use Western Union with a credit card and they said they cannot process it due to their business something or other. Anyone having problems with Western Union sending money to Starlite?

Ordered on Oct. 20, have yet to see anything yet.

I ordered on 10/24 (VISA)and received Nov. 2. Hang in there. It can take up to two weeks, depending on where you live. The nice part, though, was having it delivered right to tmy mailbox (airmail) and nothing to sign for.

My order made it. Took 9 days to arrive. MM has been such a good source for the one medication that I do take on a regular basis. After experiencing my first seizure with them about three months ago, when I had ordered something in addition to my regular med, I am reluctant to order any additional meds.

I would feel more comfortable ordering additional meds if at least part of my order was refunded if it got seized. My seizure letter gave me no recourse whatsoever. It didn't even give me the option to have the meds sent back to MM, as Julie asked me to do.

I will keep ordering my regular needed medication and maybe if I feel like gambling with more money, I might order something else also in the future. I must say that out of all my orders from MM, only one getting seized is good, but it just had to be the one where I doubled the cost of what I regularly order. Oh well.

Still very fast delivery as usual. Highly recommend MM.

P.S. Northwestern part of U.S. Notice of contents is prominently displayed on box, so if customs (whatever entry point is involved) were *at all* up for seizing meds, they probably would have done it by now.

Spent 54usd, on 2 tubes retin-a, would have cost over 250usd at my local walmat, oh and bonus the tube has 20mg more!! At any rate about a 200 savings over wal-mart(no insurance)....

Gota need for meds, and have no insurance?? Check em out, its easier to find the med you need by gerneric name.

One, other thing... My first parcel to have a declations sticker that didnt declare anything, a little ironic..

Mastersmarketing , true class act. No, BS, no fluff, and awsome CS!! Saved about 120usd versus going to waly-mart this time. Oh, 6 days from order and NUro+ still no problem, need it for those COOLLDD winter headaches and pains!!

I just need to MAKE a list and rmember all the things I need. They charge 15.50usd for 1-20 items, and all items are fresh, so dont make my mistake and have to order 2 times a week. Kinda like having to go back to waly-world more than one time a aweek, because i forgot something.

Wow, first time ordering from them, and they shipped to me in a week flat. 7 days with no problems. Nurofen Plus is great, however I don't think they can be broken to only take the codeine, at least not anymore. If anyone has done this or cold water extraction, some tips would be much appreciated.

Ordered June 19, received today. POW! That's fast from an IOP. First order from Masters and everything seems to be top of the line. I will be using them again, o yes indeed.

I might add that my package contained nothing scheduled or controlled, so that might be why it sailed through customs. On the other hand, I don't think it was even opened. No chartreuse tape or anything. Anyway, I is happy. Now to go browse their site again.

NOT ONLY has masters TOTALLY revamped their website (WOW)

BUT...they have JACKED-up their prices, eliminated MANY of the low-cost generic asthma/allergy meds I WENT there for, and EVEN when I got OVER $100 in my cart, the VIP code NO LONGER gives 10% off!!

WHAT GIVES?!?!! Are they getting greedy all of a sudden? & I thought J was like a GODDESS in the IOP field, and at LEAST the 10% VIP discount ALMOST took care of their 15.50 S&H charge, but now THIS...

I am SO disappointed, disillusioned and generally bummed.

I tried to use their site with my e-mail name, but it kept saying "invalid". I haven't ordered anything since their new website went up---do you have ro register again??? Also, they ask for name , address, and phone number of your physician---do you think they check???

They did change their prices on a lot of their products and are out of stock on a lot of other less popular products. However if you email J.E. with your discount code she will take the 10% off of your order until they get the discount code to work on their website. I am a repeat customer and have always ordered by phone from her directly she knows who I am, but I imagine those same instructions would work for anybody who wishes to order with the DB VIP code for 10% off.

Is that the phone number on their site??? And do you think they call your Doc???

i use them for asthma meds as well and some of the generics are just no longer available in inhaler form because of the new cfc guidelines...however my order got here quickly and if you write in the comments section of the order what the db VIP discount is you will get it credited to your card. received in a week, all was good. i will prob always use these guys. jmo~faerie

Anyone know her policy on re-sends as my order has been sitting in Canadian customs for a week. I am assuming it was seized. Is the packaging discreet? First order seized ever..

Don't know about canada but in Southern US no problems. ordered june 26 shipped june 29th and arrived july 7th. I don't order any controlled substances though and the package does clearly state the contents. They get A+ from me.

My order reached Canadian Customs in only a few days. So no problems on the shipping time. But it has been sitting in Customs for 10 days. I assume that this means my meds have been seized. It was for Soma. I thought that Soma was non controlled and a 3 month supply was allowed. Out of all the sketchy packages I have received with controlled meds and never had one seized..... I don't see why they have to state what is in the package on the outside of the envelope? Now I will have to wait a month to get a seizure letter and have the meds sent back to Masters then get a reship or refund........ I have had it.
