It's ports of entry, not where you live. If packages enter US at NY, they may make it through, if they enter at SF, there seems to a high likelyhood of receiving a love letter. Hence South Asian suppliers, which normally enter through SF or LA are being seized at a very high rate, based on LL's received. Recent order from different IOP from UK, which probably came in through NY made it no problem. Issue with MM is that they use boxes to ship and declare the contents as "medicaments" -- so they're easy to spot.
And don't jump on me about revealing details about their packaging -- obviously customs knows or seizure rate would not have shot up. MM must adjust accordingly or go out of business. For past 20 years, they've been very ethical, so my guess is they will go out of business rather than compromise their ethics.

well I've been using MM a minimum of 4 times a year since the early 90s when we faxed price requests and orders back and forth and have NEVER had an order siezed from them.
masters sticks by the strict letter of the law, declares the shipments, gets doctors name/address, doesn't sell schedule anything (not even Soma which is only schedule in a few states), etc.
Julie -ROCKS- and I just placed another regular order at about 50% of my local pharmacy cost for western branded meds.

They are very clear on their website that they are not responsible for lost/seized shipments. By making your purchase with them, you agreed to those terms.
If you do a chargeback, under any circumstances, it is completely unlawful. This type of chargeback (the type where you have no right to do so) is what gets excellent OP's shut down or it will force them to stop taking credit card payments, which is also bad!
Wait until you actually get an LL before doing anything and then contact their customer service and see what they will do for you. But if you do a chargeback, you are "in the wrong" and are going to ruin this site for the rest of us.
That being said I hope you get your order (and you probably will). The only problem may be the N+. Best of luck to you!

Some other merchants will re-ship or refund at their own cost if the package is seized by Customs and Customs does not return to sender. For example, unitedpharmacies.com does this:
From their FAQ page: "If for any reason, your order does not arrive, a credit will be applied to your credit card equal to the amount of your purchase, or a replacement shipment will be sent to you, if that is what you request."
Serveral other popular online pharmacies appear to be offering more customer protection than Masters Marketing. Given the customer comments on here (assuming they're honest), seizures by U.S. Customs are happening more frequently with MM than they are admitting to. One poster on here states that MM says this hardly ever happens. Obviously, this is a lie, or the people on here are lying. You decide.
With regard to the number of drugs offered, MM, as far as I know, has no real competition. They have a huge selection at reasonable prices. It would be a shame if they ruined their own reputation by misleading U.S. customers about recent seizure rates of their packages and then telling them "sorry, you're responsible" when the customer gets the letter.

In regards to Masters Marketing, anyone familiar with the new "Customer Accounts Executive" Tanya H.? Will not list her last name for confidentiality purposes.
Anyway, placed my my order as usual for same med that I always order periodically. In the comments box on the order page, I just asked Julie to please package my order in a manner that will lessen the chances of it getting seized, due to my prior seizure from a few months back, and due to the mentioned seizures here on drugbuyers.com. I also asked as I always do, to please email me when my order ships.
Here is the response I got:
Thanks for your order, will ship asap. Delivery approx. 10 days. Unfortinaltely there is no other way we can send it as it will get seized by customs. Kind regards, Tanya Tanya (I'm not including last name here) Customer Accounts Executive
The part that said, "as it will get seized by customs" kinda sounded odd to me, so I emailed Tanya and asked her to please clarify what she meant. Was it a communication error or was she stating that my order will get seized is basically what I asked her.
Well I emailed her a few days back and have not received a response. I'm pretty sure that it was not Julie that I was talking with, as Julie never made any type of confusing statements through my prior correspondences with her.
Just thought I would give everyone a heads up on this new "Customer Accounts Executive" named Tanya that is handling the communications between customer and business. Was kinda shocked that it wasn't Julie that I heard from, so maybe Julie has become so busy that she had to hire someone to handle the communications.
Anyone else here having luck with masters marketing in regards to receiving their order with the seizure rate increased within the last few months?
