I sure wish the question would get answered as to how you are using a TN pharm and if you are or are not using TN doctors.

Seems you could serve TN patients.

And you really didn't answer Private Realm at all.

Nice that you are helping out though.

We'll be serving TN as soon as we get the pharmacy squared away and back on it's feet. That should only be a few more days.

And thanks for the kind words, we know this is peoples' medicine and we are treating it with the importance it is due.

Can someone post who has received. They say there are shipping but my frwind had his consult 1/31. You would imagine they would have shipped first to him beause Trevor told him the pharmacy for this order is close to the states of WI, MI and IA.

Please let us know.

Trevor,

I'm not trying to play semantics, but just want to make sure I am clear on what your exact situation is before ordering. When you say, "We are still shipping this week", do you mean you have already started shipping orders (if so, how many? your system dashboard shows none), or you EXPECT to be shipping by the end of the week? Have you shipped anything yet?

Thanks for staying in touch and keeping us updated!

Well this one caught my attention, so I might look into them once they start shipping to TN if nothing happens with my current because they aren't shipping to Tn either.
Keep me updated and let me know when they begin to ship to TN.
On another note what does it matter who they may or maynot be in bed with here come on people as long as they are open which is more than can be said for most (nothing personal), why is it when a new place opens instead of welcoming them we form a mob and go after them? He has answered everyone from what I see. I read the posts and looks like people just posting the same thing over and over when he has already addressed the situation. Reguardless of wether I choose to use them or not I think they should be give half a chance. IMO!!!!

It doesn't look like anything shipped today. I was told by TL that I'd recieve tomorrow but I guess not. I'm hoping for the next day. As far as the doctor - I liked him. He was stern about addiction but I am ok with that. He made it clear that I need to start to taper before I have surgery in April so he only gave me one refill. That should force me to do what I should do anyway. I'll let you know if I recieve my order on Valentine's Day.

It would be nice if he would just come on here and give us an update. I have a cousin that lives in that area, were the tornado hit, and he says that power has been restored to all but the rural areas, and only a few hundred were left without power. And as I understood the last response from them, that was the problem. First the waiting period, then the tornado, then power, and still folks are waiting. Does not look good.
I thought I would also add since Ben @ UMW says he is not related to TCB, I find it interesting that not only is everthing the same, but I talked with a friend that took the plunge with TCB, and says that TCB says to make the MO out to U****d D******y, which is the same as UMW. Now if the pharm for TCB is in TN, then that would mean UMW also used that pharm, since MO is made to the same company. And as far as I have read, UMW is still putting out the orders. Also, if memory serves me right, there was no waiting period with UMW. Just all a little strange.

From what I remember "UD" is out of Jersey

You know, I feel for anyone affected by the tragedy in TN and other areas. However, to start a new business and not contact your new customers, not e-mail, not callback, and switch your phone to go straight to VM, etc, etc seems a little weird to me. How about a simple banner msg on the website?

Its clear that these people have jumped the gun and started out prematurely. Just look at the FAQ - filled with discrepancies, conflicting info mixed in from UWM

- Refill charge is both $55 and $20
- Many states are "excluded" in FAQ but allowed upon order
- Same inflated prices though

Perhaps some of the obstacles they are encountering now were unforseen. Maybe they didn't realize until they got the ball rolling. Maybe they deserve a chance to get it right? I know how hard it is to be patient, but I think there isn't much choice here. It's a risky business filled with Rules and regulations, chaos and conflict. Personally, I would rather they took their time to make sure all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed NOW and then once things got rolling, they wouldn't have to do the stop/start/delay thing that has brought down so many other places. Just my thoughts...
I wish this place the very best of luck and since I was an UWM customer, I am keeping an eye on these guys because they may be my only hope pretty soon!

Well, this Jarhead is going to lay some truth on you folks, because I am tired...very very tired of the jacked up obstacles I've had thrown in my path in this last week. This is above and beyond the debris scattered by our recent storms.

I started out this company with the idea that I could bring some freshness to an industry rife with slime. My Dr. and I were in complete agreement on this mission and it's perameters and we commenced this op with a feeling that we were doing something right. Those of you who have consulted with my doctor and talked with me on the phone can see that we are just real folks honestly trying to help people.

When the storms knocked out our primary pharmacy, we had a plan B in the form of House of Medicine out of Beverly Hills, California. My Dr. had what we thought was an excellent business relationship with them and I was more than comfortable forking over the 4K deposit that was asked of me for them to fill in this time of crapulence. The owner is a young guy named Ilan who I cracked jokes with on the phone everyday and who I percieved as a stand up guy. He wasn't. Now I am 4k poorer and have a hopper filled with orders that need to go out yesterday.

A big disadvantage we military folk have when we enter the civilian business environment is our social nievete. We are used to people doing what they say they are going to do, and alterior motives are hard for us to detect. We come from an environment where people look each other in the eye, and a gentleman's agreement is just as tangable as a written one.

But since entering this particular industry, I've discovered that the almighty dollar is too high on peoples' pirorities. Ilan told me that he currently wasn't filling for anyone and that he welcomed the chance to help us out. So we sweetened the deal for him by giving him the deposit he asked for and went to bed that night thinking all of our problems were solved. We felt like we dodged a bullet and maybe our new business wouldn't be crippled by the weather after all.

The next day, I faxed my scripts and shipping lables to The House of Medicine and offered to get them all pizza as there were alot and I knew they'd be busy like Santa's elves. Instead I got a call later that afternoon from the pharmacist who informed me that they didn't have enough supply to even send ONE of my scripts out.

Ok....

Bear in mind that I am telling my customers that the problem is solved and they will get their meds the next day. But beggars can't be choosers right? I had shelled out money to these people and they had me over a log. So I called Ilan to ask him what gives and he tells me that they need to get another supplier, but it shouldn't be but a few days. I was frustrated, but again, beggars can't be choosers. So I was still as nice as can be and adjusted my schedule and Pepto intake accordingly. The next day I got this email from Ilan.

"trevor,
i just spoke to our supplier and they told me that they will let us know in a couple of days if they can give us the unlimited supply. Once we get the go, it looks like we should have no problem continuing to fill medications for you. Thanks.

Ilan"

He's telling me he's not filling for anyone else this whole time. But it's a lie. He is in fact filling for a company called "County Meds" and their owners have him locked in an exclusive contract. But County Meds lost their Doctor because they thought paying him for his services was optional. All hail Lord Dollar! Ilan saw my offer as a way to both weasel out of his contract and / or start filling for someone else behind their back. All of this was unknown to me until yesterday.

The day BEFORE yesterday, I get a call from Ilan saying he needed to speak with my Doctor before he could start filling because his supplier demanded to know my procedures. I was stressed the process was taking so long, but I somewhat saw the logic in the request and got them in contact. After a long conversation, the doc tells me Ilan just asked him questions about his pay and if he'd consider going to greener pastures (i.e. County Meds). My Doctor and I are friends that go way back, he's helped me with my shrapnel wound, and he's a guy who still believes in the Gentleman's Agreement. So he said no. Ilan then asked a bunch of generic questions about our service and ended the call. The next day I get THIS email from Ilan...

"hey trevor,

i'll be getting back to you in a couple of hours. im in class right now. i spoke with dr. rube, just waiting on the supplier now.

thanks,

ilan
house of medicine"

More delays. I'm pulling my hair out at this point and trying to reassure chronic pain patients that we aren't incompetant, just delayed. Yesterday afternoon I got a call from Ilan who said that he WAS in fact filling for another company and there was nothing he could do about it. And because I said the deposit was non-refundable when I sent it as a show of good faith, I was screwed. Of course he worded it alot more sugary than that. So I'm desperate at that point and offer to pay for a new supplier and new inventory if he would just ship out the more needed orders that day. Our TN pahrmacy doesn't even have an ETA at this point for being back up. He said he's think about it, and I got THIS email later that day.

"I understand where you are coming from, but please understand that I can't just stop doing business with the other companies that I'm contracted with...it's not good business practice and I don't feel comfortable proceeding with that course of action. I'm not too comfortable with you paying our suppliers for our inventory either. At this time, there's not much I can do for you and I'm really sorry it has turned out this way. I made a business decision and I'm going to have to stick to it as of now. If i find another supplier and I deem the supply sufficient to help you, I'll contact you right away. I hope you understand.

Thanks for everything,

Ilan
House of Medicine"

Those of you who are relying on this industry to help you take care of yourselves are entrusting your problems to alot of slimebags. I want to change that. I went into this thinking I could bring REAL, HONEST, COMPASSIONATE service to an industry overrun with rats. I can't give up now, I've invested too much of my work and my savings (look up a USMC E5's pay rate sometime for some comedy) in this venture to call it quits. I am in talks with two other pharmacies who say they can help tomorrow or Monday. And I am sorry if you call an get no response as I am on the phone all day trying to get these orders out my door. You can knock me down, but it's cold day in hell when I get knocked out.

Go ahead and let the flaming responses begin. In the meantime, I am busting my hump to get you all your medicine.

Semper Fi

Took your $4k and didn't do a thing for you? If he thinks he can keep it just because he said it was non-refundable, then he's wrong. He entered into a contract with you under false pretenses no?

That just stinks!

Trevor i dont know you nor have i done buisness with you but i admire you and your honesty! I also agree with the gentlemens word ethic and applaud you for trying to make changes to this industry. I don't see it as a lot of personal stuff i see it as upfront and complete honesty. I may have to use your service in the future becuase i would be honored to do buisness with such a person who would come on here and lay it all out for everyone to see.

If i was not in the shape i am in right now i would be one of the first to join our military in hopes of making this world a better place. fighting these so called jihadists and their need to rule the world. Again i thank you for your honesty and sorry you got screwed by this jack off. Its unfortunate but the almighty dollar Rules this country and will until we the people take back control of our government and make it known we will not stand for this!!!
Much peace and love for you Trevor!

You are brave. Be careful. Some people here (thankfully not many cause admin gets rid of them) for whatever reason take joy in bringing misery to others. Wham out of the blue you can get hit with nasty stuff just for being here and being so open on the board. I repeat be careful. Not only for you but for your family. Admin advises posters should keep info anonymous. If you can be open but not post personal stuff you will be safer and thus serve people on the board better. JMO

Trevor,
After reading this I have to say a couple things. As I am sure you are aware the rumors and innuendos on this board regarding your company, timing of opening ect are rampant connecting you with Ultra and Ben retiring yada, yada. I was watching to see how things went before deciding to go with your company.
Having said that, I am the General Manager of two hotels and the majority of our business comes from the two military bases located a couple miles from my properties. I deal with allot of military people from the young new recruits all the way up to the Master Chiefs. You are totally right in that everyone I have ever dealt with has been able to look me in the eye and has never gone back on anything they have promised me. I respect that immensely in this messed up world.
I am sorry that the dude in Calif. messed you over and I truly hope that you can get this all set up. I have decided that when the time comes, I will certainly give your company serious thought and most of that based on the fact that I understand the importance of you meaning what you say and keeping your word as you have been taught.

Good luck to you and I will send good thoughts and prayers that you can get things back on track and get the chance to prove that you are truly a man who put his all into whatever he has committed himself to.

mmyp: I've faced Al Queada, Baathists, Ansar al Islam Martyrs Brigade, and whole lot of other people more nasty than some board trolls. Your opinion is noted and respected, but in this case with my first week in business, I'm refusing to go gentle into that good night. I think you would do the same.

Jamo: You can place an order with me anytime. We missed you over there, but I think we got it squared away.

Dixiechick: The innuendos are pretty silly sometimes, but the same video game being played in two different houses doesn't mean it's the same person playing them for lack of a better analogy. I bought a software license with some friends' help. As soon as my more technically inclined wife finishes her HTML For Dummies book, the site will look less like the template that it is. As far as timing, my biggest complaint is timing the opening of my business with a big open air recreation of the first scene of the Wizard of Oz.

I appreciate your prayers and it's folks like you who make me feel like I'm appreciated. Thank you for that.
