The "buterol" sounds like the same ending in albuterol, clenbuterol, salmeterol...which are all asthma drugs called beta'x'-adrenergic receptor agonists.
I take salmaterol (in advair) everyday and albuterol for asthma occasionally and neither makes me euphoric. Albuterol gives me some wicked shakes sometimes though.
I have tried this twice, with food and without food. I am begging you, DO NOT TAKE THIS!
I have a very strong tolerance and I've tried almost every stimulant/upper on the market.
Usually I say everyone is different and to form your own opinion, but this was such a horrible experience that I need to warn everyone.
There is not ONE positive thing about Drenbuterol, I guarantee you.
I'll just sum it up and say that I had to leave work early that day becuz I could barely function. And I had to have someone drive me home b/c I was barely capable of driving.

You worry about their using "euphoria" as a description. I was more amused with "illicit" a state of... illicit means against the law Somebody doesn't know English to begin with.
