After months, I finally got e-mails saying mine shipped, and, I got the tracking number Monday. However, they never shipped. It's Saturday and still nothing. The status on their site had said shipped. To make it worse, their site is down and they have the phones set to do not disturb. I'm not going to get my order am I!?!?!

I have heard once where someone got a tracking number, but no meds. I don't use them anymore, but whenever I got a tracking number, it was usually about 2 days until I saw movement on the tracking number. It may depend on your state, since they use different pharmacies.

I wouldn't write it off just yet, but hopefully you have another source.

...the same thing with me! I received a tracking # last week (1/28),yet I've seen no movement. The site reads "Shipped" and they don't respond to my e-mails. Does anybody know what's going on with these guys?

I would rather have my info read "with Customer Services" like it had been since November instead of wondering everyday if I'll get my order or not. Anybody know?..since they won't reply to my e-mails, I figured somebody here might know.

They won't reply to my e-mails either. This is frustrating. At least the site is back up.

I ordered my refill just today and sent an email asking them to please let me know if there were going to be extended delays... needless to say, no response as of yet..I just don't think that they would have bothered with" server issues" just to be back up and running today if they were going to"close shop". I honestly don't know what is truly going on with these guys, I just wish someone here would post if they GOT their meds today. It seems that when that happens people disappear from these forums.........

I will definitely post if I hear anything. I just think it's bad business not to answer your customers. They won't take our calls and won't answer our e-mails. You'd think they'd want our business. That's what keeps them in business.

If it make s you feel any better something similar to this incident happened with countymeds back in November( losing their pharmacy) some people waited for meds for well over a month. They ended up coming through, but the way they handled it was similar i.e. not taking calls, no emails, basically leaving people in the dark. Hopefully, this too will pass...........

Just to let you all know that I was reading another thread about CM and people said that they received an e-mail from CM saying that their pharmacy was having supply issues. So this is probably why your orders are not shipping out and showing any movement. They probably just created the shipping label online, but hadn't actually shipped out your meds.

Also, other members have said that they called the pharmacy that CM was using and asked about their order, but they were told that this pharmacy isn't filling scripts for CM anymore. They said they aren't filling for any OCS's anymore.

I am not using CM so you may want to check up on this through the other CM's threads, but I usually read about other services to just keep updated and this is how I heard about CM's new issues.

If CM's doesn't have a pharmacy and you really need your meds ASAP you might want to take this time to sign up with a new service. Especially since many people were having to take medication which was not effective for them and having to pay a good bit more for an unwanted script. It might be a good idea to go ahead and make a switch if possible. I was reading about what some are paying CM for even a refill and it seems like there are still some ROP's out there that you could get a consult and meds from for this price or at least very close to it.

Has anybody received any new info concerning County? The site still says my order has "shipped" and I got a track# with no movement. What's the word? Has anybody got a response from County yet?

I just got that same e-maill a few days ago saying the pharmacy was having some supply issues. That's all I know still. At least they finally told me that much.

If you look on their website it says they no longer have a physician, so if you're looking for a consult/reconsult you're out of luck at least for now.

They are not telling us the truth about a lot of things. A lot of us have contacted our pharmacies that did the last refill and were told that they cannot get a hold of CM or that they are still doing business with CM, but they have no refill orders. Yet, CM tells many of us that they don't have a pharmacy? Sounds like a $$ issue.

This is straight from their website:

"Due to the retirement of our Doctor we are unable to offer any more Consults or Re-Consults at this time.
We will only be honoring outstanding refills."

On top of that, the place I had switched to is now having some pharmacy issues. What a world, what a world, what a world...

Another "informative" email sent yesterday:

"We are currently working on the Pharmacy and Doctor situation and hope to have this resolved very soon. We appreciate your patience through these unforeseen delays and we will contact you again as soon as we have an update.

Please refrain from emailing us during this time- we will email you when there is further information."

Of course they want us to refrain from emailing. They don't want us to ask any questions at all or act like a frustrated customer at all. Where else in this great country can you be a paying customer, yet be treated like an idiot?

Anybody have any news at all? All of a sudden, everyone stopped posting. Are they shipping anything?

I am due for a refill on Sunday but after reading the posts it looks like I may be out of luck. Has anyone gotten thier meds these past two weeks. I am in FL

Amen on the expense. After 2 months of waiting received my meds about a month ago with one refill. I sent in for a refill and it says that consultation completed. Do you think that I am going to get shafted on this,again. I hope to get the last refill before the week is up.

Mayor1, From my experinece, when my hubby was with them, and I would check status on his order, when the refill orders said "Consult completed", it always changed to 'at pharmacy' within a day or two and then shipped very shortly after. So, in my opinion, your order is looking good.

I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my refill, so don't count on it coming anytime soon. Unless of course you live in a state where they are getting better service. They kept putting me off and putting me off and now they are saying it's indefinite. Very frustrating to pay for refills then be told to wait indefinitely.

Suslou Ben from Ultra posted about County not paying their bills !!! So I'm with you...I don't think County is going to come through for their customers

Last month I rcvd my refil within a few days. I have been looking at the posts so I figured I better prepare myself for this week. As I said before I order on this sunday but from what I have been reading I don't think I am going to see them by the end of next week. I am in Fl. Anybody else still out there that has ordered with no luck or if you did get them how long? Thanks

Layla, thats not what I got out of that post at all. Sure the pharm in Beverly Hills may be filling for county, but obviously they are having major delays or for some reason not filling right now. This still does NOT mean that County is not having financial problems. It seems that the guy that Trevor spoke of seemed more than willing to fill the scripts for county, that being said NO one is getting their meds right? That leads me to believe that yes county is having money issues and maybe they cannot pay the pharm to fill for them right now, but have them on hold or something.

I dont know. Also, county lost their Dr, so I doubt there will be any reconsults any time soon. Anyone recieve this week? Just curious ofcourse. Are they still doing compounds? I guess they wouldnt be since they lost their compound pharm. Hmmmm. Sorry if I offended anyone, just giving my opinion

People have been looking for ANY word from County.. Although they say their 'doctor retired & will honor refills" people have not heard ,ANYTHING, from or about them lately.

i realize that this is NONE of my business as i am not a customer of county or the other one that referenced this....but i do know another person on the board that i pm with that uses county and it is not (nor has it ever been) the pharmacy that was referenced. not a single one of their fills has come from beverly hills and that pharmacy. close vicinity to that area but not exactly....not sure if this helps or makes things more complicated but i just thought that i would let you know!

Exactly, just trying to help by giving my own opinion, (not that, that really helps!). Honestly if I were with County I think I would be moving on. There is no sense in putting yourself through misery like this when there are other OCS that are shipping. I got lucky last refill and am doing good right now, but I refuse to EVER wait as long as I did the month before ever again. It isnt fair to me or my family. I only waited about 4 days this time... not bad. Last one I waited just around 2 months. That makes me feel so naive saying that... LOL.

I miss the days you could pretty much have your pic of any ROP and KNOW that if you ordered your consult early that day you would be getting meds the next. Now if a ROP ships within a week we all think they are outstanding!! HA! Thats funny. People here use to throw fits because they didnt get their medicine within 24 hours of ordering. Ahhhh, those were the days.

In any case, I hope that you all waiting will find relief in one form or another. I really do, Sorry again if I offended anyone, as that was not my purpose.

susie , usually the filling pharmacy will use a clone at a different location to fill for OCS. thats why the names and locations don't match

huh? then how does one know the name of the clone? if everyone is receiving from the clone and not the original? man....my brain hurts even attempting to understand this

suaie , go back to achives and lok at madison pain clinic and see the name everybody was saying was the pharmacy they shipped from and then when you see the news footage of the pharmacy getting raided by DEA the names were different but it was the same place just shipping from a different address
i'm not saying everybodt does that but that's the way every pharm. that's shipped to me has been setup
