I've seen on my tracking numbers from them that packages often don't get picked up until around 7:00, so I'll bet yours goes out tonight.

tracking number finally works and the ups site says my package has been shipped. good luck to u all. hopefully they get this worked out so we dont have to deal with a HUGE wait next refill.

Not sure how fumbling got an order shipped on a national holiday as usually the pharmacy seems to be closed when there is one. Ordered 1/28. No change in status. However, I know that some 1/27 people got theirs on Friday so they are shipping again.

No change in status as of today, exactly 3 weeks since the order was placed.

Im not sure how i got my meds shipped on a national holiday either bertdanger. Over christmas and new years i had a hell of a time. They were closed the day before and the day after both holidays. All i can figure is they decided to work on presidents day because they were so far behind and were recieving so many angry phone calls. I knew i made quite a few calls myself. Reading through these last few days of posts it doesn't seem like they are getting caught up either. My husbands order goes in on monday. I wonder white kind of wait he will be looking at?

Has anyone who refilled around the 5th gotten anything yet??
Also when I go to check my status it says sent to pharmacy 1/8/2008. This statemenent is in two places one right above the other. Anyone have anything like this show up? I'm going to try and call again although they haven't returned my call from almost a week and a half ago.

President's Day doesn't really effect much -- Banks and Financial markets are closed, but all the delivery services were open and I would think the majority of local business like a Pharmacy.

This is getting a bit depressing though. Thier voicemail still says 1.5 week delay, but clearly it's going to be at least 3 weeks for most of us. (At least I hope that's as bad as it gets...)

Ok..Here is the latest. They are up to the 6th and 7th of Feb. Those filled on the 8th SHOULD go out tomorrow or Monday. They are not doing the Sat delivery thing because of the delays. They have also contracted an additional pharmacy which should be starting in a week or so.

Did customer service give you that info? Who knows maybe mine will go today then.

They haven't returned the couple of calls I made this week, which is unusual.

Not to contradict sonic, but I just was called by MNW. They said that the pharmacy is out of more popular orders until the end of next week. They only can order once a month. Maybe they are unclear on what is really happening, but that is what I was just told. I hope they were wrong as I can see some people are getting deliveries, and I was pm'd by two people I trust who confirmed it as well.

Hey everybody, not to give anybody bad info but want to let you all know.

I ordered the 30th and have got nothing. I am not sure about them filling for the 5 and 6th right now but that ticks me off. Those orders are obviously medication that is different than mine. Unreal.

I got that song and dance last month when I ordered that they had run out of meds for the month and can only get in one order a month. Now I am possibly going to go through that again??? This is reduculous. In the beginning they told me I would only have to wait a week, now its been over 3 weeks.

Bertanger what is your situation right now? Have you got a T Number or anything? Let me know.

I spoke to some woman at Pharm Partners who told me she spoke to the pharmacist and she gave me the info I posted above. I will say I think bert is probably correct as I have had this experience before with MNW. It seems as though they take care of the new consults first. As a result they run out of meds and whomever has refills has to wait. The last time this happened to me back in sept time frame they lost their pharmacy. It took a little over a month to get my meds and for them to finally admit they lost their pharmacy.

another thing is that next week is only the 29th. They may be able to order then but they probably won't have the order until the next week. When I called back on the 5th I was told the pharmacy had just got their shipment in and was going to start shipping again, so I doubt, by what they are telling us, that they are going to get in another shipment before the end of the month. I hope I am wrong but just being realistic here.

I have the same order and order dates,10/325 refill went in 2/4/08. but NO tracking number or order filled info yet.
I was amazed last month at how fast they shipped after the consult, have always had problems with delays, but I guess I'm making up for it now:)

No -- Meds Nation Wide is a different company. They used to be listed under the main ROP forums, but then they stopped taking new customers and dropped off that.

They sent an email at the begining of the year to all current customers with a new web link.

I didn't think they were taking new customers, but some of the posts about seem to indicate they are.

Wellllll....Just got a call from John at MNW and my 1.5 to 2.0 week delay turned into 5.0 weeks...Seems as though they are out of meds now.

Hi everyone! Just wanted some feedback. I placed a refill order today( actually John apparently did it for me). I am currently at my FL residence, but will be travelling to my Seattle home on 3/5/2008 for a month. I went ahead and changed my address a couple of days ago assuming the meds would not come BEFORE I went to Seattle. How long IS the current wait time. I am just afraid they will catch up and the meds will ship to Seattle before I get there. Don't know what to do???????

I would worry about it, from what John told me they won't be shipping again until the first or second week in March.

You know this was my last refill on this consult and I am considering asking John if I can pay for a reconsult now and change my meds to something less popular(I get 10/325's now as does everyone and their Mother!!) I can't wait 3-5 weeks. I am getting married in March and I do not want to suffer. This REALLY is getting ridiculous. I would rather lose this last refill

Are the more strict with their medical records now? I was a customer in the past but noticed the disclaimer on their site now that says must diagnosis and treatment plan, is that true?

With all due respect, I think it a good idea to ask questions aside from delivery times via pm for obvious reasons.
