I've been a customer with todo for quite some time. Only twice (out of about 13 times) has a package just "not shown up". The first time they refunded me my money. The second time just occured. I placed an order for diazepam on November 27, 2007...it shipped the following day. Well, it never arrived. I really needed these meds too. I am laid off until late february, and I have a wife, a beautiful 3 year old girl, and another on the way. The wife and I don't have insurance for ourselves either. Anyway...a week or so ago I tried contacting the postal carrier that todo uses (i'll spare the details for obvious reasons) and they had no way of tracking where it was and simply said, "If you haven't gotten it by now, you ain't getting it." Nice.So I emailed their customer service and, even with todo's revised Rules now and my stupidity of deleting the original order confirmation number from november, they are reshipping the product to me. If that isn't honesty and professionalism as far as an iop goes then I don't know what the hell is.
