Package was perfect no slits. Seems to be thicker material. Contents well contained. Meds in blisters. Will check quality tonight, but never had any issues with todo in the past so I am sure they are good.

The envelope was in perfect condition, and I'm 2 for 2 with Todo!

I've been a customer with todo for quite some time. Only twice (out of about 13 times) has a package just "not shown up". The first time they refunded me my money.

The second time just occured. I placed an order for diazepam on November 27, 2007...it shipped the following day.

Well, it never arrived. I really needed these meds too. I am laid off until late february, and I have a wife, a beautiful 3 year old girl, and another on the way. The wife and I don't have insurance for ourselves either.

Anyway...a week or so ago I tried contacting the postal carrier that todo uses (i'll spare the details for obvious reasons) and they had no way of tracking where it was and simply said, "If you haven't gotten it by now, you ain't getting it." Nice.

So I emailed their customer service and, even with todo's revised Rules now and my stupidity of deleting the original order confirmation number from november, they are reshipping the product to me.

If that isn't honesty and professionalism as far as an iop goes then I don't know what the hell is.

mine was shipped on 1/16 so I am waiting for the mailman everyday now! I hope it arrives soon. How I miss the days of NROP's, I used to complain about 2-3 day service.
Joes old orders from the Phillipines used to come in 13 days for me so I am hoping to have my order from todo soon.

3 for 3 now with ToDo.

Ordered on Jan 7th, shipped on the 9th and received on the 24th. A little slower than before, but it's here.

HI!! I am in the SE too..mine shipped on 1/07 and nothing yet! This is the 1st, normally the longest it has ever taken was 10 days.
Even during the holidays!

I got my order yesterday. It shipped on the 12th and arrived yesterday the 23rd; 11 days about average for me.

Like I said a little longer than normal for TODO but much beter than others IMHO. Hoping for all those yet to recv god luck! I know how brutal it is waiting for your anxiety meds and being out it sucks but high proability you recv. I think TODO is slowly geting back to business as usual.

Well, best of luck everyone. Hope all your meds arrive soon. Personally, I have never waited more than 12-13 days on an order from this IOP. Between 6-14 days shipping to my area.

Todo is still tops at the moment, in my book. I'll be placing another order on Monday.

Good to hear 1/18 orders are arriving. That's when mine shipped too. Nothing yet on this end, but it's encouraging to hear. Maybe next week I'll get it.
