Wow. This guy was a known Romanian eBay auction scammer. He must have turned to selling non-existant meds. One m.o. of the Romanian scammer is to attempt to get a down payment upfront. The economy there is such that even 50 dollars (US) is worth a months pay.

Isn't that the name of the guy on the late night infomercials who says " . . but wait, ther's more!" and usually sells steak knives and such?
